We thank you for your interest in the sale of 44 Rayner Hoff Drive Lang Lang, otherwise known as the GMH
Proving Ground. Following review of all interest received by GMH we invite you to continue to pursue the
purchase of this property. While a number of expressions of interest were received, we are only inviting a
selected group of proposed purchasers into these continued conversations.

Best and final offers must be lodged with CBRE by no later than 3pm AEST on Thursday 23rd July 2020.

Purchase Process:
• Please consider this letter as a response to your initial expression of interest and opportunity to continue
discussions with GMH regarding acquisition
• You have previously been provided access to the data room. The data room has been updated with the
sale contract and disclosure statement.
• We request you review the contract and disclosure statement and notify us of your acceptance of these
documents. The terms of this contract are requested to remain and contribute a significant level of
weighting on decision making when electing the preferred purchaser. Any required changes should be
submitted in table format with reference to the specific clause.
• Please provide an outline of the purchasing entity, financial overview and capital source
• Based on the entity, please confirm if there is any possibility of a foreign investment review board approval
requirement
• Settlement is required within 30 days of contract exchange
• Upon confirming your position on the contract of sale we also provide the opportunity to update the terms
of purchase (eg, Price etc.)
• All responses are required to be emailed to CBRE by 3pm AEST Thursday 23rd July 2020 to the following
