The 5 Sphere and More
Even though some of these will be copied from Wikipedia, It will still help boost my memory on them, cause as it goes on, They
will soon talk about other science stuff, and then they might bring spheres back, so good to remember.
NOTE: Biosphere, Hydrosphere, Atmosphere, and Lithosphere, run the show, by that, they
are the main supplements on earth, the other ones can get tricky but they are very detailed
indeed, I put that there due to the teacher mentioning cryosphere, and this is 8 th grade so…
Biosphere: The biosphere, also known as the ecosphere, is the worldwide sum of all
ecosystems. It can also be termed the zone of life on Earth, a closed system, and largely self-
regulating. – Wikipedia.
My Biosphere Summary:
Hydrosphere: The hydrosphere is the combined mass of water found on, under, and
above the surface of a planet, minor planet or natural satellite. Although Earth's hydrosphere
has been around for about 4 billion years, it continues to change in shape. – Wikipedia.
My Hydrosphere Summary:
My Atmosphere Summary:
My Lithosphere Summary:
My Magnetosphere Summary:
My Cryosphere Summary:
Geosphere: There are several conflicting definitions for geosphere. The geosphere
may be taken as the collective name for the lithosphere, the hydrosphere, the cryosphere,
and the atmosphere. The different collectives of the geosphere can exchange different mass
and/or energy fluxes. – Wikipedia.
My Geosphere Summary:
Other Terms:
“Ecosphere: An ecosphere is a planetary closed ecological system. ... For instance, Earth's ecosphere
consists of five primary component spheres which are the Geosphere, Hydrosphere, Biosphere,
Atmosphere, and Magnetosphere. – Wikipedia.”
“A Ecosphere, seems to be a manmade object, and it seems to give the term to earth, as the main
supplements of earth make, earth what it is today, It seems to be a ball, with biosphere type supplements in
it, but like I said, it seems to mainly portray a manmade ecosystem.”
