    Attached herewith are the Purchase Request for the Hematology Control. The first PR
    was cancelled due to delayed processing because of this pandemic, the COVID-19 crisis. We
    have a second PR now still in the process.
    In behalf of our laboratory, the Baybay Medical Diagnostic Center (BMDC), we are
    really sorry because the purchase is delayed due to LOCKDOWN and the shipment of reagents
    is very impossible even up to now.
