    Dear Sir,

    With reference to consumer No: 13031061610 the connection was established at Head
    Trimmu Labor Camp site on Dated Sep-25-17, as our project is near to completion we
    hereby requesting you to permanently disconnect our electric meter at labor camp site
    area with affect from next reading date. We will not be responsible for Bill from next
    reading Date July-1-2020.

    Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
