SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SHEILA D. BADILLA, married, of legal age, Filipino, owner of Picwise Mart with business address at
049 Ayala Street, Poblacion 2, Calatagan, Batangas, hereby constitute and appoint THOMAS DANIEL MANALO
CUARTERO, single, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at 153 H. Castueras Street, Poblacion 1,
Calatagan, Batangas, as my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to
perform the following acts:

1. To bring suit, prosecute and/or file all appropriate actions (including civil or criminal case etc.) in
my behalf against the following individuals:

a. Isaac Estanislao y Nario, 29 y/o, resident of Barangay Tanagan, Calatagan, Batangas;

b. Gelier Agravante y Gollete, 22 y/o, resident of Barangay Tanagan, Calatagan, Batangas

and all other relevant personalities concerning the incident on 22 September 2019 at 6:30 pm
involving theft/burglary of grocery items valued at about Php 1,200.00 plus recovery of lost
business opportunities, damages and attorney’s fees;

2. To sign and execute the proper complaint, petition, and affidavit related to the filing of every
pleading, petition, memorandum, motion or position paper before any court of law or government
agencies;

3. To attend pre-trial conference in connection with and related to my aforesaid action/s brought or
to be filed by me concerning the same subject matter, with full authority to delegate this power to
an attorney who will attend to the case;

4. To designate, hire and/ or appoint attorney-at-law to protect my rights and interest related to his
power stated herein;

5. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements, other papers and/or money to
effect with his power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above described authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done related to the
above matters, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
