NOTE

There are 05 (five) GRPSs where online/offline CCTNS & ICJS

activities on day to day basis is required to be maintained. At present there
is only 01 (one) woman Constable who is attached from West District
Police is aware and conversant about the CCTNS & ICJS operation and
working in Agartala GRPS.

CCTNS & ICJS entry preferably need to be mentioned on real time

basis (24x7). Therefore, minimum 03 (three) computer knowing Police
personnel / CCTNS & ICJS proficient Police personnel per Police Station
(8x3=24hrs) is required. As such, for 05 (five) GRPSs, 15 computer
--knowing-Police personnel are required.

This unit is presently having no such computer knowing /

interested person to work in CCTNS & ICJS. Under the above, (off the
record) willingness from some of the computer savy Police Personnel - were
taken (list enclosed) and it is learnt that they are willing to work in CCTNS
& ICJS under GRPSs. It is also learnt that they may be spared, b use

A list of 05 (five) such Police personnel who are willing to work in
GRP for CCTNS & ICJS project and the Police personnel who all can be
replaced from GRP in lieu of them is indicated in a separate sheet.

Therefore, it is requested to consider the issue and take suitable

steps at an early date.
