Activity 2 (MAIL MERGE)

1. Create a Certificate of Participation (you can search on the net some samples).
2. Execute formatting as follows:
a. Orientation: Landscape
b. Size: 8.5” x 11”
c. Top and bottom margin: 1”
d. Left margin: 1.25”
e. Right margin: 1”
f. Apply also font style and font size.
3. Design your own certificate (apply your creativity).
4. Create 10 records with the following recipients field/column name:
a. LASTNAME
b. FIRSTNAME
c. MIDDLENAME
d. PROGRAM (ex. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy)
e. YEAR & SECTION (ex. First Year – E)
5. Save your Recipients records with the filename: Certificate_Data
6. Save your finished output after executing mail merge with the filename:
LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME
7. Submit two files: Certificate_Data and the Finished output (10 pages)
8. The activity will be until Friday. Submission time on Friday will be between
10:30 – 11:30. For you guidance and strict compliance.
