    Open Aspen Hysys V10, start new simulation, add given component, and select Peng-Robinson as fluid
    package. Move to simulation environment and add material stream to main flowsheet and specify it
    composition.
    Now specify the given conditions to the stream. The Final mixture is 2-phase. With liquid flow rate of
    112.8lbmole/hr and vapor flow rate of 87.15lbmole/hr.

    To get boiling point of the mixture remove temperature form condition and put vapor fraction zero. The
    boiling point of mixture at 200pisa is 137.9°F.
    Now to get dew point of mixture, put vapor fraction of one. The dew point of mixture is 174.5°F.
