Request to accept Soft Copy of POA Document

I acknowledge that due to Covid pandemic situation, I am unable to

courier the hard copy of my POA documents. Therefore, I request Fyers
Securities Private Limited to process my POA documents using my signed soft
copy. I shall submit the hard copy after the Nation-wide Lock down is lifted. I
also acknowledge that the delay in franking, stamp or notary of my POA
document. I admit the delay due to Nation-wide Lock Down and I request
Fyers Securities Pvt Ltd., to process my POA document and allow me to sell
the shares on the exchange-traded platforms, and settle my share obligations
as per my sell transaction date on respective settlement number as prescribed
by the exchanges. I will submit my hard copy of my POA document once the
Nation-wide Lock Down is lifted. I also admit that Fyers Securities Private
Limited can Frank, Stamp or Notary my POA document at the later date, but
use the my POA on immediate effect.
