1.1 Introduction
OC6000e Show Case weights 28 Kg, so it can be carried like a suitcase by only one
person. There are all necessary equipments for OC6000e in the sales kit,
furthermore some key equipments are redundant. We can demonstrate not only
system basic functions but also the redundancy exchanges anywhere.
1.2 Feature
Light weight and small size: It is very convenient to carry and transport
Versatile functions: We can demonstrate all system functions by one Sales Kit
Redundancy: Key equipments are redundant
Less extra device: Only 1 HMI station is needed (normal laptop is enough)

Visual diagnostics are provided through indicator LEDs, which are same as MAI10,
don’t describe them again. There is simple indication for IO acquisition circuit in the
front panel for each channel, it will be on when the channel output is “1”.

Click “Next” and the License Agreement dialog will pop up as in Figure 3.1-2
View all content in License Agreement, and click “Yes” to pop up as in Figure 3.1-
3, or click “No” to exit setup program.
Choose setup type: software language, with sample project data or not.
Click “Next”, the user will be asked to choose destination folder for installation
files. User can specify any valid windows folder as destination directory by
clicking “Browser” button. If there is no valid folder, the wizard will create one for
you. But it is recommended to use default path “D:\OC_6000e” as in Figure 3.1-4.
Click “Next” to continue.
Start to install OC 6000e Software, this will take several minutes, and the
installing files and progress are displayed as in Figure 3.1-6.
Pop up the window as in Figure 3.1-7. The listed icons correspond to respective
executable files of OC 6000e Manager program.
Finishing install, and click “Finish” to exit the wizard as in Figure 3.1-8.

After users log on DPU with ENG or SENG level and upload the DPU configuration,
the DPU object will be in the status of online modification. Once completed, such
operations as page modifying and function blocks modifying will all be effective. The
user must pay attention to the online modification of DPU, especially to operations
like adding new blocks, deletion and paste functions. In the meantime, the user
should also avoid moving or deleting several selected blocks because it is rather
time-consuming. If the user just wants to debug by modifying parameters, it is
better to login with SOPU level in order to avoid improper operation.
When you select a configuration page in online DPU; the user may see blocks & their
on-off status link line represented by several colors in the edit window. Refer to
Table 3.14.3-1 for more specific information.
Select “File→Close Link” or click tool bar button to disconnect DPU. If the
DPU configuration has been modified but not saved, the system will prompt a
confirming box shown as Figure 3.14-2.
