I Vikas Mittal, S/o Shri Gian Chand, aged about 31 years, resident of,
house No.4452, Gur Mandi, Ambala Cantt., Haryana, presently in Delhi
do hereby solemnly declare and state as under:

1. That I am the Applicant No.1 in the above petition and am

therefore competent to swear the present affidavit in support of the
present Contempt Petition and accompanying applications.

2. That the contents of the accompanying Contempt Petition and the

prayer clause, Applications have been drafted under my
instruction and I state that the same are true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and belief.

3. That all the Annexures annexed with the Contempt Petition are
true copies of their respective Originals.
