            Yesterday, I went with my family for picnic at the beach. We took (1) _ of
food, because we're all very, very hungry! First of all, we packed (2)_ chocolate to eat
in the car on the way to the beach. For the first course, we took (3) _ soup and (4) _
loaf of bread. For the main course, we decided on (5) _ chicken salad sandwich for
each person, along with (6) _ rice. Finally, we packed (7) _ melon big enough for
everyone to get (8) _ slice. Of course, we also took (9) _ tea and (10) _ coffee, and
(11) _ liter of ice‐cream. It seemed like a huge quantity of food, but unfortunately we
ate it all in the car! By the time we got to the beach, there wasn’t (12) _ food left at
all! 
