Unlocking the Heart of Georgia to Beat with the Heart-beat of Heaven
Collaborative Ministry Participants

Vision
March-April 2020

Holy Spirit began to reveal a strategy of intercession for the State of Georgia that would
require the collaboration of leaders from various streams, tribes, regions, and segments of
the Body of Christ that make Georgia their home. I heard Holy Spirit say, “Look for those
who carry a measure of rule in the various arenas of the state and ask them to write a
prayer or a decree based on My word and what I have said over the State. Then, release
those prayers and decrees across the state as a united sound of harmony of My heart. Be
sure to acknowledge all the participants with honor and recognition of the value every one
brings to the Body of Christ across the State.”

This 40-Day Prayer & Decrees to “Unlock the Heart of Georgia to Beat with the Heart-beat
of Heaven” is the culmination of efforts from those who agreed to participate. What an
amazing gift to the Body of Christ in Georgia to have these prayers and decrees to join in
one accord for God’s purposes to be manifested in a great way in these days.

Thank you all who wrote a portion bringing your unique sound of revelation, grace,
anointing, and assignment, to this effort. My assignment was simply to invite you in to
participate, and then to administrate the compiling and distribution. May this effort be as a
hammer that day after day pounds upon the strongholds of division, competition,
separatism, and sectarianism that has plagued our state for generations.

These prayers, though written for the state of Georgia during a very specific time of global
crisis (COVID-19 Pandemic), these prayers are easily adaptable to any place, time or
situation. I pray these will serve as a tool used by the Lord as you continue to pursue the
Lord and His Kingdom. .

DAY 1 FOCUS: MAY YOUR PRESENCE GO WITH US

SCRIPTURE: Exodus 33:14-16  And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will
give you rest.” 15 Then he said to Him, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us
up from here. 16 For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and
Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be
distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?”

PRAYER: Almighty God, King of Glory, Lord of Angel Armies, as we begin this 40-day
journey of prayer, declarations and decrees for our great state of Georgia, we cry out as
Moses did that You would go with us, lead us, guide, protect us, and make Your glory
known to us each and every day. If you do not go with us, do not lead us from this place. It
is You and You alone that we yearn for and it is Your presence, Your purposes, and Your
glory that we pursue, all else is vanity and fades away to nothing.

Together we decree the Blood of Jesus over all who will engage in this prayer initiative for
Your protection, direction, and presence to be with us every moment according to the
finished work of the Cross of Christ. Lead on, King Eternal, according to Psalm 143:10-12
(The Passion Translation):

I (We) just want to obey all you ask of me (us).

So teach me (us), Lord, for you are my (our) God.
Your gracious Spirit is all I (we) need, so lead me (us) on good paths
that are pleasing to you, my (our) one and only God!
11  Lord, if you rescue me (us), it will bring you more glory,
for you are true to your promises.
Bring me (us) out of these troubles!
12  Since I am (we are) your loving servant (servants), destroy all those
who are trying to harm me (us).
And because you are so loving and kind to me (us),
silence all of my (our) enemies!.

DAY 2 FOCUS: REVIVAL

SCRIPTURE - Psalms 24:7  Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you
everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.

PRAYER:

“Jesus, we declare that you are the King of Glory over the state of Georgia! We speak
to the gates of the state of Georgia and the city of Atlanta and say, ‘Be opened up!”
Let the King of Glory come in. Come into our state with your presence and power.
Rend the heavens and come down with your fire. Let your glory fill every city and
every county throughout the state of Georgia. Let Georgia bow her knee to you. Have
your way in this state. We pray for every congregation of all denominations and ask
that you would release your glory in the midst of your church. King of Glory have the
glory among your people. Be the glory in our midst. We invite you and invoke your
attendance. Do all of Your desire in our state, in Jesus’ Name!”

DAY 3: FOCUS: RESTORE AND RENEW the former righteousness and godly inheritance
that belongs to the stage of Georgia. Surpass the glory of GA's history and redeem the
destiny of our state.  

SCRIPTURE: PROVERBS 14:34  Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any
people.

PRAYER: 

Just as Georgia works for the whole nation to combat physical disease and other
debilitating, life-threatening endangerments, we declare that Georgia would be a spiritual,
political, and social center for disease control for the diseases of idolatry (worshipping self,
self-righteousness, human reasoning over the wisdom of God,  materialism, greed and the
accompanying love of money), sacrificing our unborn children, racism of any sort, religion
void of true spirituality, rebellion, and sexual immorality).  We declare that the love of God,
the wisdom of God, the knowledge of God, and eating from the tree of life will prevail
against the love of the things of this world, worldly wisdom and eating from the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil. We pray that the roots that have allowed these evils to
flourish will be uprooted and replaced by foundations established and built upon God, His
word and knowledge of the Holy.

As Georgia supplies the world with drink that is advertised to refresh, we declare that the
state of Georgia will spring up with wells of true refreshing.  We call forth a stirring and the
proliferation of prophetic and apostolic voices to call the ecclesia to repentance, prayer,
worship, and God-directed ministry that will establish God's rule, reign, and will in the
heavenlies and on earth, open the eyes of those whom the enemy has blinded to the
gospel, rescue those being held captive by the enemy, and bring down strongholds that
keep people in bondage.

DAY 4 FOCUS: THE MANIFESTATION OF THE GLORY OF GOD. “GLORY 2020”

SCRIPTURE: Ezekiel 43:2 And behold, the glory of the God of Israel was coming from the
east. And the sound of his coming was like the sound of many waters, and the earth shone
with his glory.

Philippians 1:27 NLT “Above all, you must live as citizens of heaven, conducting yourselves
in a manner worthy of the Good News about Christ. Then, whether I come and see you
again or only hear about you, I will know that you are standing together with one spirit and
one purpose, fighting together for the faith, which is the Good News.”

PRAYER: Father, we surrender ourselves to you Lord, as one body and we come together
Lord for the kingdom of God, seeking your glory to come and cover us, for we know that
lives will be transformed in the glory. We lay down our agendas and our differences to
follow your ways and your plans, for we know it’s not about us. It’s all about you Lord and
what you want to do.

We decree there is a wave of your glory coming, a tsunami of your glory coming to bring
healing to the people and the land.

We decree that a Kingdom Army will be raised up to usher in this coming revival of
awakening and reformation that will transform lives, cities and regions.

Lord, visit our region, this great state of Georgia and build your habitation among us.
Release that new sound of worship, that sound of many waters, that will redeem not just a
land but a people prepared for your purpose. Let the sound of many waters come
together overflowing, to release revival rivers to the nations. Let the healing streams flow
Father in a way that we have never seen before.

We thank you Father that a Revival Fire of Your Glory that carries Your redemptive purpose
is coming forth and will light up the earth with your glory!

DAY 5 FOCUS: “GATES, BE LIFTED UP!"

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 24:7-10 "Lift up your heads, you gates! Rise up, ancient doors! Then the
King of glory will come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the
LORD, mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates! Rise up, ancient doors! Then the King
of glory will come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD of Armies, he is the King of
glory. Selah." Psalm 24:7-10 CBS

PRAYER: Father God, we declare the supremacy of the Lord Jesus Christ over all the earth.
The earth is the Lord's and everything in it. Our God is not only the Creator and the
Redeemer of all things, He is the rightful Owner. We are not turning the earth back over to
God, we are acknowledging the true, rightful Owner-- not only over the city of Atlanta and
the state of Georgia, but of the whole earth. Hallelujah! 
In the face of the coronavirus (and every other threat to the well-fare of our state) we
declare that Christ is greater. Christ is supreme. Greater is He who is in us, then he that is in
the world. The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy but Christ has come to give life and
to give it abundantly. 
We say together today to the gates of healthcare, science, medicine, and education: be
lifted up that the King of glory may come in!
We say to the gates of government, local and state governments, national governments,
our legal system, over the executive branch, the legislative branch, and judicial branch:
you gates, be lifted up that the King of glory may come in!
We say to the religious gates, over every local church, every gathering of people of faith,
over every world religion and even over every sect: you gaits be lift it up with the King of
glory may come in!
And we say over our families, over every marriage, every mom and dad and son and
daughter: you family gates be lifted up that the King of glory may come in!
Who is He this King of glory--  the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle!
Lord Jesus Christ, we come under your authority and we stand in your authority, to call our
state, our people, and your church in this land to receive your glory and to prepare the way
for the coming of the Lord. We want your glory to fill the land of the State of Georgia. We
make this declarative prayer today in the Name of the one true God, Father, Son and Holy
Spirit. Amen. Hallelujah.

DAY 6 FOCUS: RESTORATION

SCRIPTURE: ACTS 3:19-21; HEBREWS 10:12-13; ISAIAH 42:18-23

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, we now, by faith, step before you as The Righteous Judge and offer
our repentance for our own sins and the iniquities of our forefathers that have granted our
adversary legal rights to hinder, delay, and frustrate your purposes and destiny for the
State of Georgia. We would ask that the precious Blood of the Lamb, that still speaks on
our behalf from the Heavenly Holy Place of All, would now remove and remit those sins
and iniquities; and thereby revoke any and all legal rights granted to the adversary. We
also ask that every voice of accusation be silenced by the Blood.

We would petition the Court for the judgments that would release us as Citizens of Heaven
living in the State of Georgia as Citizens of the earth, to legally accomplish the business of
changing and shaping the culture of the State of Georgia to align with and conform to the
culture of Heaven that your purposes may be fulfilled in this state.

We, in obedience to your Word, decree and declare, “RESTORE!” We, by our words of faith
and our obedience grant you the legal right to restore your divine will and purpose as
written in the Book of Destiny for the State of Georgia in Heaven. We offer our yielded
hearts and lives to you to carry out whatever assignments will see those things furthered
and accomplished as we listen to the directives and leadership of Your Holy Spirit.

We thank you for allowing us the honor and privilege of working with You in the Court of
Heaven to see Your purposes accomplished in the State of Georgia!

DAY 7 FOCUS: WORSHIP

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 98 NASB

O sing to the Lord a new song,
For He has done wonderful things,
His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.
2 The Lord has made known His salvation;
He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations.
3 He has remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel;
All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth;
Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.
5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre,
With the lyre and the sound of melody.
6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn
Shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.
7 Let the sea roar and all it contains,
The world and those who dwell in it.
8 Let the rivers clap their hands,
Let the mountains sing together for joy
9 Before the Lord, for He is coming to judge the earth;

PRAYER: Father God, as your blood bought Ekklesia, the residence of God on earth, we
stand united as One in this season to make your praise glorious, because this is the era of
the “Celebration of God. Most High God be enthroned in the fullness of your power and
splendid Glory over every city of Georgia as we minister to you, as One New Man in praise
and adoration. We declare as we worship you, you are surrounding Georgia with songs of
deliverance that summons your warring angels from your armory to protect this state from
every form of pestilence. Your light shall shine from the blood of your Son Jesus as it
sanitizes Georgia.

DAY 8 FOCUS: THE HEART OF THE MATTER

SCRIPTURE: 1 Samuel 16:7 NASB “But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not look at his
appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not
as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

PRAYER: Father, we are so very grateful that your ways are higher than ours. You, Our
Creator, Elohim, look below the surface, into the depth of who you created us to be, into
the heart of our BEING.

For such a time as this we are on the earth, we cry out as Your body, to SEE with the eyes of
our Heavenly Father, looking inward to the heart of the matter that is at hand over our
state. Such evil exists that many are overwhelmed and moving in fear, expecting the worse,
loosing accusations and deception yet we are challenged by God as said to Samuel, look
not as a man but See by the Spirit and see the heart!

Let us decree together: Holy Spirit, Our eyes are being opened to Throne Room Revelation
that will reveal Your heart’s desire, for the Righteousness of God to sweep as a Holy Fire,
across our state regardless of the Chosen vessels placed into governmental authority. We
agree we are laying aside generations of preconceived ideas and notions, prejudice to
race, gender and religious and economic ideologies. We SEE beyond ourselves as your
Kingdom is being established here in GEORGIA, the nation. Use Us, Send Us, Position Us
and Let YOUR will be done on Earth as it is In Heaven, LORD JESUS!

DAY 9 FOCUS: AWAKE BE CLOTHED IN STRENGTH

SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 52:1-2 Awake, awake, Clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; Clothe
yourself in your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city; For the uncircumcised and
the unclean Will no longer come into you. 2 Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, O captive
Jerusalem; Loose yourself from the chains around your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

Jeremiah 6:16a Thus says the Lord, “Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient
paths, Where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls . . . .

Ephesians 1:17-19a (I pray) that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may
give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. 18 I pray that the
eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling,
what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the surpassing
greatness of His power toward us who believe.

PRAYER:  Awake Awake from your sleep oh Georgia!  God is calling you to put on priestly
garments . (Zech 3) I shake myself today! Arise and shine today in the midst of fear.  Ready
to Arise in Faith for this season of breakthrough. We declare today we are Awake , Arising ,
and Responding  to the call of God!  I declare I receive the Light and follow the Light and I
will reflect Light .  I shake myself today in preparation for the coming move of your Spirit.  I
will stand in the Ancient paths and where the good way is and walk in it .  (Jer.6:16)

I stand in the revelation of the spirit of wisdom with my eyes flooded with Light 
understanding the covenant blessings I have inherited . The great unmeasurable unlimited
supply of Your power and strength to me . (Eph. 1)

I declare I will live under the shadow of the Almighty this day.  Under your wings I am at
home. Under your wings I am not afraid ! (Ps.91) From this place I declare an unlocking of
the original intent of  our state.  Would you give us the keys and teach us to use them? By
faith we receive them and activate them . Start with me oh Lord . I give you my heart again.
Unlock the depths of the secret places in me until I am wholly given to you . Glorify your
Name as we corporately humble ourselves before you today.  Make us one !

DAY 10 FOCUS: “STIRRING THE EMBERS”

SCRIPTURES: 2 Chronicles 7:1-3 When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from
heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of
the Lord filled the temple. 2 The priests could not enter the temple of the Lord because the
glory of the Lord filled it. 3 When all the Israelites saw the fire coming down and the glory of
the Lord above the temple, they knelt on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and
they worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying, “He is good; his love endures forever.”

Joel 2:13 …rend your heart and not your garments. Now return to the Lord your God,

For He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness

and relenting of evil.

Psalm 72:19 And blessed be His glorious name forever; and may the whole earth be filled
with His glory. Amen, and Amen.

PRAYER: Glorious Father, in this day of uncertainty we cry out to You with one heart for a
fresh move of Your Spirit. And in great humility we stir the embers of our own hearts and
make ourselves ready as a living sacrifice to become the fuel that Heaven can ignite for
such a time as this. We give praise and thanksgiving to Your name, and we declare with the
ancient priests that You are good and Your love endures forever! We rend our hearts
before You, and cry out to You to move on behalf of the Great State of Georgia…in every
city, in every county, in every town and in every heart. We declare it is harvest time! We
bless Your holy name and we proclaim that the glory of the Lord will fill our land forever
and ever. In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

DAY 11 FOCUS: GETTING TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER

SCRIPTURE:  Luke 6:47, The good person out of the good treasure of the heart produces
good, and the evil person out of evil treasure produces evil; for it is out of the abundance
of the heart that the mouth speaks.

Proverb 23:7 As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

PRAYER

I say, we will go straight to the heart of this matter concerning our state. We repent for
thinking and saying the wrong things as it concerns our state of Georgia. Since this is the
year of the mouth (5780 in the Hebraic calendar), we will only speak the words of God
over the heart of this state, so that what proceeds out of mouth of Macon Georgia is for
good and not evil and it will unlock the entire state for the presence of God to come and
dwell among us.

We decree no weapon formed for against Georgia will have any possibility of prospering.
We will return to the original intent of God's heart for this state. We say that God's people
will awaken to this purpose, so that the glory of the Lord will go before us as we establish
His presence in the Heart of Georgia. We say that the Heart of Georgia is being unlocked
for revival as we worship and establish His Kingdom in middle Georgia.

DAY 12 FOCUS: Declare His Lovingkindness

Scripture: 1 Chronicles 20

PRAYER: Jesus we declare that You and You alone are the cure. You are the cure for every
virus that ails us, spiritually and physically. While You never promised a life without valleys,
You did promise everlasting love. We declare that everlasting love over our lives, our
families, our communities, and over the State of Georgia right now.

When Israel was surrounded on every side by their enemies, King Jehoshaphat sent out
the worshippers instead of the warriors. "When he had consulted with the people, he
appointed those who sang to the LORD and those who praised Him in holy attire, as they
went out before the army and said, 'Give thanks to the LORD, for His lovingkindness is
everlasting.'" (2 Chronicles 20:21) Their enemies turned on themselves and Israel got the
victory. Father, right now we turn from warfare and worry to worship. We declare to every
enemy of God, "Give thanks to the Lord, for His lovingkindness is everlasting." We declare
this to spirits of fear, spirits of chaos, spirits of disease, and spirits of infirmity. You are
under subjection to the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:27), and we declare
His glory over our lives and our state.

Father, we give you permission to use this time to disinfect our hearts and prepare us for a
great spiritual awakening. You are shaking everything that can be shaken. Help us, Father,
to be watchful and prepared, so that we won’t be caught off guard, fearful, confused, or
manipulated by what's happening around us. Open the eyes of our hearts to see not just in
the natural realm, but more importantly to see in the spiritual realm. We wait on You, and
while we wait, we worship You in Spirit and in truth!

DAY 13 FOCUS: LIVING IN THE PRESENCE OF THE SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST

SCRIPTURE: I Chronicles 16:11 - Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His presence
continually!

PRAYER: Lord, I pray that You manifest yourself in ways never seen. Please do the work
and receive the glory for all that You are, all that You have been and all that You are doing.
Work in our leaders and reveal to them the truth. Help them see what is necessary to follow
Your heart and make decisions that are in accordance with Your will. Show them Your love
and forgiveness is the most powerful force on this earth. Help them to lead in Your wisdom,
not in fear.

We are here to be a part of your plan for the state of GA. Entrust in us the ability to fulfill
the plans that You have for our state, county, city, neighborhood, family, church, small
group and me personally. Release Your Spirit! Open up the hearts of the people around us
to hear and know the gospel and the saving message of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

DAY 14 FOCUS: RESTORATION OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 14:26-27 Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress, and for their
children it will be a refuge.  The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life turning a person from
the snares of death.

PRAYER:

We decree over the state of Georgia that we choose to honor You, God and to be like
Daniel, who feared the Lord and did not obey an unrighteous law, trusting God with his
very life.  We trust You to be our help and shield.  We choose, as your Ekklesia, to be like
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who feared the Lord over man’s decree, who would
not worship a false god; and were willing to die in the fiery furnace, while trusting in God’s
ability to rescue them.  We choose to fear You, Lord, to follow Your precepts, and find great
delight in Your commands.  We decree and declare that we are zealous for the Fear of the
Lord and that we will be God driven rather than need driven and be God fearing rather
than man fearing.  We thank you Lord that you are our fortress, our refuge and an
abundant fountain of life!

DAY 15 FOCUS: Worry, Fear and the “S”ence of Prayer

SCRIPTURE: Matthew 6:31-33 (also 19-30) Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’
or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ 32 For the Gentiles eagerly
seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But
seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

PRAYER: Almighty Father, we bless and praise your Name for you are over all things and
everything that touches us is sifted through your loving hands. During this time of
uncertainty with the many issues facing our world (including the corona virus), we all have
the tendency to worry. We confess that You are sovereign over all and today we look to
You and our eye is full of light as it says in Matthew 6:22. We refuse to look at the uncertain
things that cause our eye to be full of darkness.

We acknowledge worry and irrational fear are sin and we will not give them nice titles such
as “concerned,” “bothered,” “disturbed,” or “interested”. We will not succumb to merimnao
(the Greek word for worry) which means divided mind. We declare we have the mind of
Christ. We will not allow worry to zap our energy, drain our joy, curtail evangelism or
aggravate physical ailments. WE WILL CONTINUE TO OBEY YOU, LORD.

We recognize that what we worry about is an idol and we repent of idolatry and place that
thing(s), goal(s) or person(s) on the altar and declare Your omniscience, omnipotence, and
omnipresence. (v 19-23) We stand on Your promise that if we seek You first all things will
be added unto us (v 33). We commit to replace worry and idolatry with worship and faith
by following Philippians 4:6-9. Pray right. think right., and act right.

We will get alone in Solitude with You to let go of our outer distractions and Silence our
inner distractions by focusing on the attribute of You that we need most. At the place of
Solitude and Silence we will listen for your voice.

Oh, Father give us such peace in this season when the world is shaking, that the world will
see You in us. As we focus on you, make us such “light bearers” that many will come to
know you as their Savior. In Jesus Holy Name we pray, Amen

DAY 16 FOCUS: A PURE HEART (Undefiled, Clean, Righteous, Holy)

SCRIPTURES: Psalms 51:10, (Cry of David) “Create in me a clean heart, oh God, And
renew a right spirit within me.” (NKJV)

Psalms 24:3-5, TPT “Who, then, ascends into the presence of the Lord? And who has the

are pure, whose hearts are true and sealed by the truth, those who never deceive, whose
words are sure. They will receive the Lord’s blessing of righteousness given by the Savior
God. They will stand before God, for they seek the pleasure of God’s face, the God of

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, today, by the authority of the blood of Jesus Christ, I (we) come
before you with humility and sincerity, asking you to create in me (us) a clean heart.
Cleanse me (us) of anything that breaks your heart and defiles my (our) life. My (our) desire
is to be holy as you who has called me (us) is holy. Purify me (us)—my (our) mind, body, and
soul. May my (our) thoughts, words, deeds and character be pure, and acceptable in your
sight. Lord, grant me (us) grace and wisdom to keep my (our) heart(s) with all diligence,
knowing that from it flows the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23).

Help me (us), heavenly Father to seek righteousness above all else, and not stray into
worldly temptations. Propel me (us) forward as leaders consecrated and commissioned to
set a Godly example to all generations, and to overthrow evil and every defiling spirit by
the blood of Jesus.

Father, I (we) pray for the Body of Christ, your ekklesia to have a pure heart, to be made
continually clean, righteous, and holy as you are holy. Separated from the world and wholly
consecrated to you in spirit, mind, body and soul. May she arise in uncompromising and
undeniable holiness and glory, in your brilliancy of light, dispelling darkness. May she
brilliantly reflect the likeness of Christ in His glory!

DAY 17 FOCUS: DEFEATING and UPROOTING WITCHCRAFT

SCRIPTURE: Acts 19:19-20 [Large numbers] of those who had practiced magic collected
their books and burned them up in the presence of everyone. When the value of the books
was added up, it was found to total 50,000 silver coins. 20 In this way the word of the Lord
continued to grow in power and to prevail.

PRAYER: Father we ask for a real geyser of Your Glory Revelation and Power to come forth
to shine light on all the false power that is displayed to us and our children. Help us see all
the sorcery in so many shows and cartoons that is cursing us and rendering us powerless.
Let Sons and Daughters be displayed that are not mixed with all this witchcraft mixed into
their lives, homes, and ministries that can Disciple our State and break all this bewitching
that has took place. We turn from the occult's discipleship and ask for forgiveness.

I declare that the good and seemingly grey areas are being exposed, and that all
seemingly good that is rooted in darkness is being revealed as our greatest enemy.

I decree that Georgia wins it's war against magic, and that the Kingdom of God through
Jesus Christ truly governs us in our Governmental Gate State. In Jesus Name!

I declare that we, as disciple of Jesus Christ, are growing in His Word in greater power to
prevail.

DAY 18 FOCUS: FOCUS: RETURN TO THE FOUNDATIONS LAID BY THE LORD

SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 11:10  (TPT)  His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable
foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself.

1 Corinthians 3:10-15  (TPT) 10 God has given me unique gifts as a skilled master builder
who lays a good foundation. Afterward another craftsman comes and builds on it. So
builders beware! Let every builder do his work carefully, according to God’s
standards. 11 For no one is empowered to lay an alternative foundation other than the
good foundation that exists, which is Jesus Christ!12–13 The quality of materials used by
anyone building on this foundation will soon be made apparent, whether it has been built
with gold, silver, and costly stones, or wood, hay, and straw. Their work will soon become
evident, for the Day will make it clear, because it will be revealed by blazing fire! And the
fire will test and prove the workmanship of each builder. 14 If his work stands the test of
fire, he will be rewarded. 15 If his work is consumed by the fire, he will suffer great loss. Yet
he himself will barely escape destruction, like one being rescued out of a burning house.

PRAYER: O God, we cry out to You to establish the State of Georgia within Your purpose

DAY 19 FOCUS: THE WORD OF GOD

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 119:89  “Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in Heaven.”

PRAYER:  Father God, we live in a temporary world where many things are subject to
change on the spur of the moment.  Our lives are as a vapor.  Our health is subject to
change.  Relationships fail.  Hopes can  be dashed on the turn of a moment.  Death can call
suddenly.  A storm in the night can reduce to rubble the work of a lifetime, leaving doubt
and worry in its wake.  The swiftness of change can be a cruel taskmaster which tries our
faith, patience, and sense of security.
 
However, we rejoice and decree this day, that in this terrestrial experience, Your Word is a
lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.  We decree that it is perfect health to our
bones, our minds, and our spirit.  We decree that, in it, there is fullness of joy and
immeasurable potential.  We decree that it is an unshakeable, unmovable, firm foundation
upon which we can build a vibrant life of faith without fear of lack or loss.  We decree that it
is the banner of victory in the face of the fiercest battle our enemy can muster.  We decree
that, as we speak the Word in faith, its principles, precepts, and promises comes to life
which causes everything exalting itself against You to bow down and submit.  Finally, we
decree that as Your Word is settled in Heaven, it is our supreme duty, pleasure, and highest
honor, to cause it to become firmly settled in every area of our lives so that the entire
creation of earth might reflect the glory of our God.

DAY 20 FOCUS: GEORGIA MUST COME TOGETHER AS ONE

SCRIPTURE: John 17:11 Now I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I
come to You, Holy Father, keep them through Your name those whom You have given Me,
that they may be one as We are.

PRAYER: Precious Lord, we thank you for your great love for all of us. We thank you that
when you call us to do something-You provide everything we need to do it.

You have called us as your people in Georgia to stand together as One. We ask, Father,
that You would give each of us hearts that weep with those who are weeping, and  rejoice
with those who rejoice, with those who receive rewards and promotions. We embrace
Your grace to stand as one, united together through Christ.

Father, help us to stand united, for divided we fall.  We declare that we have one enemy;
and that enemy is satan, the enemy of our souls - who comes to destroy our homes, our
schools, our state and our country. Lord, we submit to You, resist the devil, fully confident
that he will flee from us as we do so.

Lord, grant a deeper hunger hunger for intimacy with You, seeking Your heart above all
else; our desire being only to please You causing those issues that divide to fall away.

We welcome Your challenge and equipping, Lord, that we might walk worthy of the calling
You have called us to, with all humility and gentleness, with long-suffering, bearing with
one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

We thank You, Lord, for causing our hearts to desire unity in Georgia and being willing to
lay aside all hindrances in the name of our Lord and precious Savior.

DAY 21 FOCUS: BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 46:8-11(TPT) – “Everyone look! Come and see the breathtaking
wonders of our God. For He brings both ruin and revival. He’s the one who makes conflicts
end throughout the earth, breaking and burning every weapon of war. Surrender your
anxiety! Be silent and stop your striving and you will see that I am God. I am the God above
all the nations, and I will be exalted throughout the whole earth. Here He stands! The
Commander! The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for
us! Pause in His presence.”

PRAYER:  Father, thank You for Your amazing grace that empowers us in ways we never
dreamed possible. In the midst of the great challenges we currently face in the world, may
we be found faithful to recognize the great opportunity we have to “pause in Your
presence.” By Your grace may we cease striving and learn to relax in Your presence,
without any distractions – just being present in the moment with You as we learn to breathe
with You. For it is in You that we live and move and exist to become and to do all that You
have planned and purposed for us, individually and corporately.

As in the natural, may it be so in the spiritual realm that we will learn to breathe in rhythm
with You, and by doing so, our heartbeat will become one with You and Your plans and
purposes for the great State of Georgia! We stand in agreement and look forward with
great anticipation to this Kairos time in “Unlocking the Heart of Georgia to Beat with the
Heartbeat of Heaven.”

DAY 22 FOCUS: WE HAVE NOT BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE

SCRIPTURE: Joshua 3: 2-4a After three days the officers went throughout the camp,
giving orders to the people: “When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God,
and the Levitical priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it.
Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before.…

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, in this very month when You caused Israel to cross over from
Wilderness into the Promised Land, we seek You now and the manifestation of Your
Presence and Guidance.  As was true for them, so is it for us, that we have not been this
way before.  

We cry out now for all of Your people in this state to align and follow You into and through
these deep waters.  Your Mercy Seat is before us now.  Your Glory rests upon us. 

We declare that as we take this step into the deep together that You are making the way
through.  And just as Israel entered into the Promise this month, though long delayed by
rebellion, so we also proclaim that this state now enters into the fulness of the inheritance
that You set aside for her. 

Deferred no more, we look with expectation.

We honor You, O Great and Mighty King. Though there are giants ahead, their protection is
gone and Your Victory is secure.  All things will work together to Your Glory and the
advance of Your Kingdom.

DAY 23 FOCUS: THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GLORY OF THE LORD

SCRIPTURE: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as
the waters cover the seas” (Habakkuk 2:14).

PRAYER: You have promised, O LORD, the knowledge of the glory of the LORD will fill the
earth. Your glory and splendor will be known. You have done wonders in the past and
continue to do wonders in our day. Your deeds are awesome and mighty. Your miracles
are wondrous. Your judgments are just. Your voice speaks and the nations tremble. You
strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to You. Shepherd Your people through
these days of seeking You, of following You, of trusting You. Let Your glory be known in
these days.

According to who You have called us to be, we declare that we are light in the darkness
shining forth with the message of Your glory and splendor into all the earth. We declare
that we are those who arise and praise Your name. We abide in Your love and are trees
planted by the rivers bringing forth fruit in season. And, we are those who love one
another and shall declare Your glory to the nations.

LORD God, let this be a season of fruitfulness, of abiding, of being able to answer others
as to the Source of our hope. Let this be a season of high praises and reverence for the
awesomeness of our God. Let this be the time of unity in the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Let this be a time of drawing near to the heart of God. Let this be a time of each part
doing its part in the Body of Christ, working together, seeing walls that once divided us
come down and be dismantled piece by piece, step by step. O God, grant us creative
ways to care, share, bless, and encourage one another to love and good deeds so that
others will see Your shepherding and care in practical ways and actions. Let Your glory be
known to us, in us, and through us as we declare Your glory and splendor to a watching
world. All these things we ask in the magnificent, mighty, and majestic Name of Jesus, the
Christ, Amen.

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 119:1-8 NLT  “ 1. Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the
instructions of the Lord. 2. Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all
their hearts. 3. They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths. 4. You
have charged us to keep your commandments carefully. 5. Oh, that my actions would
consistently reflect your decrees. 6. Then I will not be ashamed when I compare my life
with your commands. 7. As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you for living as I
should! 8. I will obey your decrees. Please don’t give up on me! 

PRAYER: Father, we give You all honor, praise, and glory for who You are and for Your
perfect gift of Jesus. We humbly come in repentance for the sins of our forefathers,
specifically on behalf of those who forsook the path of joyfully following You in obedience
and integrity, and turned instead to striving and conformity with the religious systems.  We
come with repentant hearts asking You to forgive us for following in the ways of the spirit
of religion rather than pursuit of an authentic relationship with You, our Lord. Forgive us,
for not following Your commands and Your ways with integrity and joy.  We repent for
allowing false teachings and evil ways to influence us in any way.  Forgive us Lord.  

Now, we receive Your gift of forgiveness and the joy that comes from walking in
obedience to Your commands.  We receive the Joy of the Lord as our strength as
a demonstration and fruit of our life that is in You! 

Now, Father, with clean hands and a pure heart, in the name of Jesus, we decree and
declare that the state of Georgia will walk boldly in integrity, without compromise to evil
and that Georgia will walk in the ways of the Lord.  We decree the state of Georgis's
actions will consistently reflect Your decrees governmentally, and in every arena of
authority. We decree and declare that the state of Georgia will learn of Your righteous
regulations and submit to them.  We declare we will walk unashamed because we are
walking according to Your Word.  We decree Georgia will be filled with the Joy of the Lord
and will search for You will all our hearts.  In Jesus' Name we pray, Amen.

DAY 25 FOCUS: SHELTER IN PLACE

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 91:1 He who dwells in the SHELTER of the Most High will rest in the
shadow of the Almighty.

Daniel 11:32 The people who know their God will be strong and do exploits.

PRAYER: God, we thank You that when the Governor of the state of Georgia asked us to
“shelter in place” we were already sheltered. Lord, Daniel 11:32b states that the people
who know their God will be strong and do exploits. During this time we are believing that
You are doing exploits, and once these things become apparent Your people will join You
in full confidence of who they are in You.

Thank You, Lord, for Your prophets who have helped us discern the times and seasons we
are in. We thank You that You have promised in Your Word that healing is available today,
and have spoken through many of Your servants that You are releasing a fresh healing
anointing. We thank You, God, that You gave the solution to this problem even before the
problem presented itself. Thank You, Lord, that You are our Peace and You keep us in
perfect peace while we go through this storm.

We declare that You are a great and mighty God, and well able to accomplish all You want
to do upon the earth. We say the Kingdom is Yours and the power is Yours and the glory
forever. Amen!

darkness trembling, bowing, and yielding to Your  perfect will from Heaven. We ask You to
draw young and old to You. We do fling wide the gates and declare “Prepare the way of
the Risen Lord!” King of Glory, we welcome You! 
DECREE:  We speak to the  natural and spiritual earth to bow as the King of Glory is
manifested. We say that all eyes, ears, and hearts yield to the Risen Lord Jesus.

PRAYER: Dear Glorious LORD – King Jesus we come into Your Gates with thanksgiving
and into Your Courts with Praise! How blessed we are that You have equipped us, Your
Ekklesia, with spiritual weapons that are not of this world. Help us to daily remember the
power of Praise and Worship! May Your high praises be in our mouth and a double-edged
sword in our hands as we rise up to wage war against the schemes of the enemy! May we
remember to sing Your Praise and proclaim Your salvation day after day. We declare Your
Glory among the nations! We ascribe to You the Glory due Your Name! You, our great
LORD and King will silence the foe and the avenger and will bring forth the Victory on
behalf of Your Covenant People.

Even as the Levites went boldly before the army of Judah singing and praising “Give
thanks to the LORD for His love endures forever”, so shall we go forth, linking arms with our
brothers and sisters across the state of Georgia, singing and praising with all our hearts!
Straight to Your Throne room our worship will rise and we will see the defeat of this
pestilence as Your Glory covers our land! We decree that shouts of joy and victory will
resound in the tents of the righteous of the LORD! Hallelujah King of Kings! Hallelujah

DAY 28 FOCUS: IF MY PEOPLE…

SCRIPTURE: II Chronicles 7:14 AMP If My people, who are called by My Name, humble
themselves, and pray and seek (crave, require as a necessity) My face and turn from their
wicked ways, then I will hear them from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.

I Timothy 1:14 TPT  Guard well this incomparable treasure by the Spirit of Holiness living
within you.

PRAYER:  Father, by the grace You have given, we come to You in humility, answering Your
call to draw near to You.  We come in repentance, having received it as a gift from You. We
invite You to come and reveal any ways - breaches, offenses, iniquities, sinful patterns -
within our lives that are prohibiting us from being a fruitful land, personally and across our
state.  We choose and determine to turn away from our wicked ways, and according to
Your Word, decree a wall of fire between us and the sin that so easily ensnares us.  We set
our will in agreement with You to not return to anything that is not pleasing to You, whether
in thought, word, or deed.  We receive Your cleansing from all iniquity, personally and for
our state, with thanksgiving.  Now, by Your grace, we embrace our identity as clean vessels,
as being among those in whom You take great delight.  We declare that our state shall be
known as a place where You delight to dwell. 

Father, thank You for calling us to come up higher into a deep place of communion with
You.  We ask that Your Spirit would stir a deep hunger and craving for You as a necessity all
across the land.  We desire that we, and our state, would be a people who live face-to-face
with You.  Father, we declare there is a people rising in our state who walk in maturity, to
execute Your will in Your ways, in order that Your Kingdom might come and be more fully
established on earth, as it is in heaven. 

We declare that we will guard well the incomparable treasure that You have given by the
Spirit of Holiness living within us, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

DAY 29 FOCUS: A RETURN OF OUR HEARTS TO THE FATHER

SCRIPTURE: Revelation 2:4 Nevertheless, I have this against you, that you have left your
first love.

Joel 2:13 So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the LORD your God, For
He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from
doing harm.

PRAYER: Just Judge, we approach you now with humble hearts to say that we are sorry.
We repent for the areas of our lives that have not been submitted to your perfect will and
plan for us. We agree with the accuser that we have idolized ourselves, our agenda, and
turned our hearts from you. We repent that we have left our first love which should be our
relationship with you. We agree and repent that we have established our own standards of
righteousness and turned our hearts from your standard of holiness. We ask for your
forgiveness.

We ask that the blood that is spilled on the mercy seat be entered as evidence on our
behalf. We also petition you as blood bought believers asking that our testimony of faith in
Jesus be entered into evidence on our behalf. We come now and ask for the testimony of
Gomer as one who was rejected and who was accepted again. We also ask for the
testimony of Nehemiah as one who was grieved by the brokenness of his people but
returned to rebuild what had been torn down. We enter our testimony that we will tear
down our false idols and rebuild our state as one that honors you.

Now we ask that you will receive our repentance, the evidence that has been entered on
our behalf and enter a judgement and decree that this pestilence must turn from our land.
Based on the authority of the scripture that declares that our land will be healed as we who
are your people called by your name will humble ourselves and pray, we ask that this
verdict be repealed and a judgement of restoration and healing be rendered in its place.

DAY 30 FOCUS: ANCIENT GATES OPEN TO THE KING OF GLORY

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 24:3-6, 7-8 Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? And who may
stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his
soul to falsehood, and has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord
and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek
Him, who seek His face – even Jacob. Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O
ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord
strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

PRAYER: Lord, I declare, You are seen from the high places, from the waste places, from
the wilderness places, and the lowest of places. There is a governmental authority released
to speak Your word. We will legislate from the heavens Your will, Your way, and Your word.
Georgia is turning! Georgia is unlocking! Georgia is declaring Your Word from the high
places! Georgia is using governmental keys You have given to unlock the ancient gates;
opening doors that You in the fullness of Your glory are coming.  Your glory is here.

You, King of Glory, are inhabiting the state of Georgia. All other kingdoms will take a back
seat and are placed under Your feet. Your light is shining brighter and brighter. The people
in Georgia who are in darkness are choosing the brightness of Your rising. It doesn’t matter
how dark, or how difficult, Your light eradicates all that is not of You. You are seen and
heard in the state of Georgia. Your voice is released from Georgia and unlocks ancient
gates. Ancient gates no longer prevail in Georgia.

Lift your head and heart to Me. Begin to declare My word for I am the King of kings. When
you open your mouth, you will receive My blessing! You are my generation on the earth
today! You occupy My land, for the earth is mine and all it contains. My government, My
rule is established in the gates. You are My gate residing in a governmental gate state;
open your mouth and I will fill it. I have given you keys and I have given you My voice.

I will touch the world from this place, the high places in My governmental gate state. I will
release My word to the nations. I will release from all the wilderness and waste places in
your life My word, signs, wonders and miracles. I will pour out My healing on a dry and
thirsty people. From that which has seemed to be wasted I will touch the earth.

Get ready! You, My worshippers are in a place of intense preparation. Be prepared not to
just see that which you have longed for, but that you are the conduit of My power and My
release. Change has overtaken you. In the midst of what seems as darkness I am making
Myself known as the light of the world. I will be King of Glory. Lift up your head and release
the words I have placed within you. What you declare and decree during this season will
be the roadway in the wilderness preparing the way for My glory. You are descending with
your blessing and your glory as we ascend.”

DAY 31 FOCUS: PRAYING FOR THOSE IN AUTHORITY

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 29:2 When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice; when the
wicked rule, the people groan.

PRAYER: Father, We come to you in the mighty Name of Jesus. We thank you for who you
are. We thank You that you are our ultimate king. We know you place all men in authority
according to Your Word. So we come before You today praying for those in authority
according to the command You have given for us to pray for all in authority. We pray for
those that are in authority over us to know you in an intimate way, not in a traditional way
but that they would truly have a relationship with You.

We pray for the fear of the Lord to reign in every office in the land. We pray for
righteousness to rule and for those in authority to walk in a fear of the Lord. Father, we pray
You would hear our groans for those that have not put You first. We ask for the counsel of
the godly to be around our leaders. In Jesus Name

DAY 32 FOCUS: DIVINE REST

SCRIPTURE: Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I
will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble
in heart, and you will find rest for your soul. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

PRAYER: Father, we come to you for supernatural rest. We recognize that among our
weaponry that rest is also a critical weapon. Father, remind us to rest in You and You only.
We pray for the type of rest that restores the soul and clears the mind. We pray for our
fellow co-laborers to be released and relieved of false burdens and begin to rest in You
like never before. We exchange satan’s yoke, toil and burden for Your yoke and burden.

We declare that false burdens are lightened and lifted. Let stress and pain leave the body
and mind as we settle into Your divine rest. Cause our eyes to see clearly and let
restoration be our portion.

We pray against broken sleep, night terrors, and anxiety in the name of Jesus! Father, as
we close our day, release our mind, soul and body from the toil of the day and help us to
find rest. Father, we pray that Georgia rests in Your love, provision, hope, and protection.
Thank you for divine rest and godly burden in the name of Jesus. Amen.

DAY 33 FOCUS: FIGHT THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of
love and of a sound mind.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for
the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake
you.”

PRAYER: Father, we come to You during this season of Passover and embrace Your
shalom. We rest upon Your word and put our trust in You. Lord, You have promised not to
leave or forsake us, and we thank You for that. You have not given us a spirit of fear or
timidity. You have given us Your power – the power that created the heavens and the earth,
the power that made all in it, the power that split the Red Sea, the power that brings down
giants, and the power that raised Jesus from the dead! Glory to Your name! You have given
us Your all-encompassing love. Help us to grasp the height, depth, width and breadth of it!
Let Your love be perfected in us so that we are not moved by a spirit of fear. Lord, you have
given us the mind of Christ, so that in You we can live and move and have our being.

Help us to see the bigger picture of what You are doing in the midst of our circumstances.
Teach us to walk in Your peace, light and love. Send us into the fields, for they are white,
but show us what that looks like in our day and hour! I speak to those in the State of
Georgia and say, lift up your heads O you gates and let the King of Glory come in! May we
declare the word of the Lord with Your love and grace, Father. I speak to those outside of
Georgia who have been in prayer with us and I say we are all seated together IN CHRIST.
May we strive to enter His rest in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

DAY 34 FOCUS: PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE GRAIN, THE NEW WINE AND THE OIL

SCRIPTURE: HOSEA 2:22 The earth shall answer With grain, With new wine, And with oil;
They shall answer Jezreel.* (*meaning God will sow)

PRAYER: Lord, forgive us for anything that has become a priority over you. Forgive us for
failing to remember that all we have is from You!

Let us increase in the land, displace our enemies, and shine with your glory that all of the
world may know You! Let us view the challenges of this season, and the disruption of our
comforts and conveniences, as the crushing of the corn, the grape and the olive to
produce the grain, the new wine and the oil!

Here we are Lord, have your way! May we be prepared and purified as Your remnant, and
may Georgia rise up as the Governmental Gate State that you have called us to be. May
those who are not Your people say YOU ARE MY GOD!

DAY 35 FOCUS: SHOW US WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO

SCRIPTURE: Acts 9:5-6 And he said, “Who are You, Lord?” And He said, “I am Jesus
whom you are persecuting, 6 but get up and enter the city, and it will be told you what you
must do.” (Read Acts 9:1-6)

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for
welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

PRAYER: Lord, in the midst of crisis, disease and times of being without; before we ask for
miracles and healing and deliverance, we simply want to be obedient to what You would
have us do.  We receive our identity as Your adopted sons and daughters; and we
acknowledge that we hold the Keys of the Kingdom, with the mandate of bringing Heaven
to earth in accordance with Your will.  Therefore, we decree, not only for healings and
miracles, but that we will begin to walk in and carry out those plans You have for us.  We
decree that the fruit of us walking in Your plans and Your will, in the midst of crisis, would
bring forth the manifestation of signs, wonders and miracles that bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we decree that the church would begin to ask the right questions.  We need not ask
for deliverance, but rather how we are to carry out what has already been delivered.  We
recognize that "it is finished" and that You have redeemed us.  So we ask the question like
Saul did in Acts 9:  "Lord, what do You want us to do?"  God, we know You already have a
plan; we simply ask for what our part is in Your plan, as there is none more perfect than
Yours.

Lord, we lay down our own ways and thoughts, knowing that Your ways and thoughts are
perfect, and are higher and greater than our own.  Therefore, we embrace Your ways and
thoughts, even though we may not understand them in the moment.   We desire to carry
out Your plans whether they make sense to us, or not; and we say,

"Lord, have Your way!"  Amen

DAY 36 FOCUS: A TIME TO ISSUE LIFE-GIVING DECREES

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 89:14 -Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne;
Mercy and truth go before Your face. NKJV

Isaiah 32:1-3  Look—a new era begins! A king will reign with righteousness, and his
princes according to justice! 2 Each will be a hiding place from the stormy wind and a
secret shelter from the tempest. Life will flow from each one, like streams of water in the
desert, like the refreshing shade of a massive rock in a weary, thirsty land. 3 Then at last,
eyes that are ready to see will finally be opened! Ears that are ready to hear will finally be

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for your ever abiding presence, love and
protection. We know that Justice and Righteousness are the foundations of Your Throne.
As your sons and daughters we decree that your throne of righteousness and justice will
be established in the State of Georgia and throughout the earth. We thank you that you
have endued us with power on high that we may be your mouthpiece to declare Your
good works. We decree that we shall stand as beacons of light during these times so that
those who do not know you will be drawn to your goodness and truth. We stand and
declare that Life will flood the State of Georgia and these United States. We decree that
death is retreating. Every plan of destruction and upheaval shall be brought to nothing. We
decree that Your truth will be revealed and every evil scheme and plot will be exposed. We
decree that unity, mercy, compassion and peace will flow in abundance. We decree that
the supply lines of heaven are open and every need will be met. We decree that eyes will
be opened to see and ears will be opened to hear of your majesty. We will cross over into
the new that you have for us, Your church, our state and this nation. You reign forever over
our lives, our homes, our families, our cities, our state, our nation and all glory will go to
You!

Is. 9:7 Great and vast is his dominion. He will bring immeasurable peace and prosperity. He
will rule on David’s throne and over David’s kingdom to establish and uphold it by
promoting justice and righteousness from this time forward and forevermore. The
marvelous passion that the Lord Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, has for his people

DAY 37 FOCUS: UNITY THAT ADVANCES THE KINGDOM

SCRIPTURE: Romans 13:1-2, 8 “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For
there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.
Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God……Owe no one
anything except to love one another...”

PRAYER: Father God, you called us to love. After raising up priests after the order of the
Levite’s, you called for priests after the order of Melchizedek. One, rather than focusing
simply on Law would instead focus on demonstrating the power of your love.

Lord this time of crisis is a time of transformation, when kings and rulers see with different
eyes, the kingship and ability to walk in authority that exists among your Kingdom
priesthood. You, Lord, have set into motion the ability for YOUR leaders to be recognized
and positioned in places of influence never before open to them. Teach us the language of
love in responding to governmental authorities, that we may represent you in ways they
have never seen. Teach us to view the leaders around us through your eyes, with your love
— that in responding to them, you use us to captivate their heart; and like Daniel did with
Darius, promote changes that advance your Kingdom.

Lord, in Romans, you taught us, “Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to
what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving
preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;
rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the
needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not
curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.”(Romans 12:9-15)

Then you continued Your instruction to “Owe no one anything except to love one
another...” (Romans 13:8) Right in the middle of that, you instructed us through Paul on
how to make that real to nations — to show that love and respect to governing authorities.
YOU Lord, created an inroad for transformation. Help us to walk in that path, for Your glory!
Amen.

DAY 38 FOCUS: RELEASING THE WINDS OF GOD IN A SPEAKING SEASON

SCRIPTURE: Ezekiel 37:9  Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son
of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath,
and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

PRAYER: Father, we thank you for strategically placing prophetic voices and watchmen
within the earth and within our state, to watch and to release your word over its borders
and territories. We thank you that though surrounded, we see the enemy, and we decree
and declare that there are more with us than those that are against us.

Father you told Ezekiel to prophesy to the winds; so we prophesy to the winds, using them
as a weapon of war against this enemy.

East wind of the Lord, we say dry up the fruit and seed of covid-19, and we declare that its
strong rods are broken and withered in Jesus’s name (Ezekiel 19:12). We decree and
declare that your strongholds are broken over our cities, and that your grip within the walls
of our hospital’s have withered. We proclaim that respiratory systems are recovering, and
healing is taking place.

West wind of the Lord, we say carry the elements of covid19 from our atmosphere into the
sea (Exodus 10:19).  We decree and declare there are no elements of residue within the
land, and as quickly as you came, you shall go in Jesus’s name.

Father allow the gentle and favorable breeze from the south wind to release a refreshing
over the state (Acts 27:13).  We speak a refreshing to the minds of the states residents, and
that we are moving in the direction of healing and restoration.

You are the wind beneath Georgia’s wings Father. We thank you in advance for your divine
turnaround.

DAY 39 FOCUS: ONE GENERATION

SCRIPTURE: Acts 2:17 In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men
dream dreams.

PRAYER: Father, we come before you today as intercessors for the children and youth of
this state.  During this time of upheaval many have spoken of what will be lost: the loss of
graduations, learning, and opportunities. We stand with You against the plans and
purposes of the enemy and declare that the children and youth will lose nothing. For You,
oh Lord, have said, “What are you going to gain?"  

Father, we ask You to draw the children and youth closer to Your heart, that they will have
encounters with You. In the midst of the silence and distractions we ask that You show
them the home they have in You. We declare that as You work in their hearts and minds
that there will be a metanoia, repentance that leads to transformation. We pray that they
will begin seeing the life and opportunities they have gained in spite of the pandemic.  
We ask that You show them the path and illuminate the purpose You have created them
for. We declare that they identify with Christ.   We call out to them in the spirit, calling them
into their rightful place as sons and daughters of the King.

We declare that even in this time of distancing, kingdom relationships are being formed.
We cry out for a joining of the age groups, and come against the spirit of division that has
separated us in the past. We choose to join hands whether young or old. We call for the
mentors for the youth to arise and decree an increase in Kingdom fathers and mothers.
We thank You, Father, that the time of preparation and training has begun. We release
strength, compassion, and wisdom into the mentors. We praise You for all You are doing in
this hour! Amen

DAY 40 FOCUS: GLORY OF GOD AS A REARGUARD

SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 58:8 AMPC: Then shall your light break forth like the morning, and
your healing (your restoration and the power of a new life) shall spring forth speedily; your
righteousness (your rightness, your justice, and your right relationship with God) shall go
before you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be
your rear guard.

PRAYER: Thank You, Father, for all You have done through these leaders from across the
great state of Georgia over these last forty days. Thank you for the “humo-thumadon: one-
flow (one accord)”* (Acts 1:14) of Holy Spirit that has been released through the many and
varied streams of Your people who love you and have their hearts set on a pilgrimage to
see Your glory revealed and made real through the manifestation of Your divine purposes
and original intent for our state and all her people. (* Thank you, Pastor Fred Hartley, for sharing this
insight from the original Greek understanding of homo-thumadon.)

As we conclude these forty-days, according to Your Word, I declare that Your glory is now
set as a rear guard to secure and protect us from anything the enemy would seek to send
against Your purposes in and through Your people; and release divine empowerment for
us to move forward into the future in the fullness of Your glory and grace. Lord, may Your
grace rest upon us (Acts 4:33), Your glory overshadow us (Hebrews 9:5), Your love flow
forth in, to and through us (I John 4:8-10), and Your Presence go with us (Exodus 33:15)

Together, we thank You Almighty God for all You have accomplished during these days
and for all that You shall yet do in our lives, our congregations, cities, states, and nations to
reveal Your glory, empowering Your people to make Your name known in all the earth so
that the greatest harvest ever known on the earth might come forth speedily in the mighty
name of Jesus - Yeshua - Amen.
