Personal aim To sequence instructions
The context Audio/ Visual of a recipe as a sample to refer from
Assumed student Students may not be able to structure the content and may not know
challenge the appropriate vocabulary.
Solution T will play an Indian recipe from you-tube for students to draw
stimulus from; there will be flyer pasted on the students’ desks for
vocabulary reference. T will display a written recipe and present it as
a reference to how to structure the content.

Board Work:
INGREDIENTS: 2 Tbsp of Oil
1 ½ Cup of Hard Boiled Pasta Some pepper, salt and sugar in the ratio of
1 Cup of Tomato puree. 1:2:3
1 Cup grated cheese  Add the boiled pasta and cheese and
2 Tbsp of butter bring it to a boil.
Paprika and Oregano to garnish the dish  Add butter to melt in it, and add pour it
PROCESS a bowl.
 Heat oil in a pan and let it smoke a little.  Garnish it with paprika and oregano.
 Add the garlic and sauté till golden  Your scrumptious pasta in ready, serve
brown. hot!
 Add the tomato puree along with the
pepper salt and sugar and let it simmer
till it leave oil.
