IT Infrastructure Manager
You will have a key role in managing Reima Group’s IT infrastructure operations. You will
be responsible for the IT infrastructure in all Reima offices worldwide. In this role, you will
communicate effectively with both local and global business leaders, resources and third
parties. Your responsibilities are

 Implement IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture and standards including voice and

data network, systems and storage, systems management, virtual server technology
and cloud computing to ensure effective operations
 Oversee the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and administration of
IT infrastructure systems, including network infrastructure, servers, storage,
databases, desktops / laptops, and peripherals to achieve availability, performance,
and security objectives
 Ensure a stable and highly available enterprise computing environment, including
effective customer communications, problem solving, root cause analysis, and
remediation
 Oversee and manage security operations to ensure the integrity and compliance of
company infrastructure and data
 Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and
coordinate testing

We expect you to have:

 5+ years’ experience in a combination of systems administration, networking,

security, risk management and technology jobs
 Experience of IT partner management processes
 General understanding and experience on ERP and related systems and processes. Our
most important systems are
o MS NAV (ERP system)
o Hybris (web shop platform)
o Mule ESB (integrations)
o QlikView (reporting)
 Fluent communications skills in English (other language skills are an asset)
 Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
 A suitable education with degree
  Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment with other internal and
external technology professionals in order to identify and implement new technology
solutions, and effective policies and procedures

To succeed in this position, you have an ability to work independently in an international

setting as a part of an international IT team. You have a positive hands-on approach and can
deliver high quality work and excellent results even under pressure and deadlines. You will
report to Reima Group’s IT Manager. Your home base is preferably Vantaa, other Reima
locations may be considered. The work will begin as soon as possible.
