Executive Summary
This research aims to develop and adapt a food park theme
inside the hospital. It also want to help and provide
conveniency to all the people who work and past by to the
hospitals by providing them delicious food in our food park but
in a budget friendly price for we all know that majority inside
the hospital are patient, employees, intern, visitors. So, this
research can be helpful in aspect. The food park serves
different cuisine in their designated stall, each has their
specialty, and also food park will offer a snacks, fruits and
beverages.
In our study we wanted to have a twist in having a food
park inside hospital, evolving an old and tradition canteen into
a theme park, that will bring or that can be a meeting place of
people by seating and enjoying our food without investing so
much money

Company Overview
A PCMC Canteen is own by a cooperative the said canteen
was established on august 25, 1994, founded by a Doctor, Dr.
Raymundo W. Lo, PCMC is a short term for Philippines Children
Medical Center a semi private hospital. Located at Agham road
corner, Quezon city.

Situation Analysis
Being the only canteen inside the hospital is a great
strength of the business, because they will become the center
of buying area, and because of the cheaper price or a budget
friendly price a lot of customers keep patronizing the canteen.
However, the canteen has its weakness those are limited menu
and no deliveries, limited menu because they stick to what
they cook before
PCMC canteen, Philippine Children Medical Center is
surrounded by a Bank company which become the best
opportunity to gain more customers. A rainy season is also an
opportunity to the canteen, during that people will not go
outside to buy food but instead they buy in the canteen, the
only threat of the company are those canteen or eatery outside
the Hospital

Marketing Goal and Objective

To ensure the satisfaction of our valued customer in terms of


our services and offered foods. And also to provide
conveniency so that they don’t need to go outside to buy food
because in our food park we will have a different cuisine and if
they need some fruits we have also inside the food park that
they can assume the quality and freshness of fruits.

Business Goals
1.To bring out and guarantee that our target market are
satisfied.
2.To be known that are product fulfilled the customer’s need
and wants.

Marketing Strategies
Our food will assume to our customer that is the one of the
best. We make that it will become attractive to all in terms of
light designs, relaxing music, relaxing ambiance, a space
allotted for the tables, we will send our printing ads to all who
past by and make our advertising via online so that lots of
people will be aware about the food park theme in hospital.
Key to Success
Teamwork, if we are work together we will achieve the good
quality product that satisfies the needs and wants of our
potential customer, workmanship the quality of out product
that we can and we will stand behind and can be proud of
because of the passion we put in it and the commitment to
succeed. We work together to achieve what we think, what we
planned and we execute it with the help of Almighty God.

Target Market
Our Target market are the Employee, Student Visitors of the
Philippine Children’s Medical Center.
