3. TERMS & CONDITIONS

 All rates quoted are non-commissionable

 Package rate are subject to change without prior notice.
 Extra bed at RM 80.00 nett per rollaway per night [including 01 person breakfast]
 Rates are applicable for a minimum group size of 10 paying rooms.
 Rates quoted are only valid for stipulated events / traveling dates. Change of events /
traveling dates may subject to new rates.
 Any changes to the event must be informed to our Sales Personnel 14 days prior to the
event date. No changes will be entertained 48 hours before event date & all details given
are deemed as guaranteed bookings.
 This quotation is valid for 14 days [from: 21 July 2020] of the issuance date.
 A deposit or local order is required with a signed and stamped copy of this quotation to
confirm the booking.
 Heritage Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without refund if the payment
schedule is not met
 The above rates quoted are net, inclusive of prevailing taxes and charges, non-
commissionable and in Ringgit Malaysia
 All postponement must be conveyed in writing at least one month prior to event date.
Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to event date will attract a full charge.
 The hotel reserves the right to cancel any tentative bookings not confirmed within the cut-off
date given.
 All Room Rate exclude Tourism Tax and it shall be the duty of the tourist (foreigner) to pay
the tax to the Hotel at RM 10.00 nett per room/night.
*In accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2017: Tourism Tax (TTX) is a tax charged on
a tourist staying at any accommodation premises/hotel in Malaysia.

AMENDMENT POLICY (NUMBER OF PERSONS)

 The organizer should be advised latest days prior to the actual day of the function of any
amendment either of an increase or decrease in the number of persons. Otherwise charges
will be levied based on the guaranteed number of person
*Above package requires minimum of 30 person & above, otherwise rate and terms may
differ

AMENDMENT POLICY (ACCOMMODATION)

 There will be ONE night room charge any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival
date. (This applies to all group bookings. The same rate will apply for no show for guaranteed
guest rooms.

AMENDMENT POLICY (FUNCTION)

 Deposit will not be refunded on any cancellation of a confirmed function (All cancellation
must be notified to the management in writing). There will be a full charge for any
cancellation of function made less than 72 hours prior to the date of the function.

FUNCTION ROOM ALLOCATION

 Should the number of guest attending the function decrease, the management reserves the
right to hold the function in another suitable room

DAMAGE
 Organizer are financially responsible for any damage sustained in Heritage Hotel property.
Use of wall display material is not permitted.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES (ACTIVITIES OR ENTERTAINMENT)

 Organizer is obligated to obtain appropriate permission shall there is any third party
consultant or outside vendor, entertainer, performers and other services prior to the actual
event.
 Hotel reserve the right at the time of the event, not to admit outside services to the premises
in the opinion may risk health & safety of hotel guests and / or employees.
 Without explicit permission from the hotel, additional decorative materials are strictly
prohibited.
4. CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

50% deposit of the Total Amount is required upon confirmation. The balance payment should be
settled within 14 days prior to event date. Payment shall be made to the following account.

5. POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation is required. However, should

cancellation falls within the following working days prior to event; the hotel has the right to
impose charges as follows:

 30 Days prior to arrival : 30% of the total charges

 14 Days prior to arrival : 50% of the total charges
 7 Days prior to arrival : NO REFUND will be made

6. AUTHORISED SIGNATORY

Kindly advise the authorized signatory for the event. Bills will be presented to the named
signatory for daily transaction during event.

7. BOOKING OF GUEST ROOM AND FUNCTION SPACE

Please note, the Hotel has NOT placed any definite bookings for your event;
Halls & Rooms will be subjected to Availability upon confirmation.
