CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE, entered into by and between-

1. JOSEPH B. BUENAVENTURA, of legal age, married, and with residence at

_________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as
the Mortgagor; and

2. ALMA P. CARITATIVO, of legal age, married, and with residence at 2124

Calabasita Street, Sampaloc, Manila, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee;

-WITNESSETH-

That the Mortgagor does hereby convey by way of CHATTEL MORTGAGE

unto the Mortgagee the following described personal property, situated and ordinarily
kept at 1059 Bataan Street, Sampaloc, Manila, and presently in the possession of the said
Mortgagor, to wit:

That this CHATTEL MORTGAGE is given as security for the payment to the
Mortgagee of a certain promissory note, dated ________________, for the sum of
Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP20,000.00) with interest at the rate of five per centum (5%)
per annum, according to the terms thereof, and in the words and figures following:

Three (3) months after date, I, JOSEPH B. BUENAVENTURA, promise to pay

to the order of ALMA P. CARITATIVO the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos
(PhP20,000.00), Philippine currency

That the condition to this CHATTEL MORTGAGE is such that if the said
Mortgagor, his heirs, executors or administrators shall well and truly perform the full
obligation above stated according to the terms thereof, then this chattel mortgage shall be
null and void; otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable
in the manner provided for by law.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 7th day of
July, 2005, in Manila, Philippines.
