I. Preliminaries
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 P.M. by Ms. Sharon O. Cuer, Grade IX – Diamond
Adviser and it started with a prayer led by Mrs. Ledwina Catanaman.

II. Roll Call

There are _____ parents who were present.

III. Agenda
 Ms. Sharon discussed about the student’s performance in school, cutting classes, absences and
behaviors needs to be improved.
 The discussion for the PTA Project to be accomplished is done by the newly elected president,
Mrs. Ruelo.
 The TAGBO shall be done every second Monday every month as agreed by the parents as well.
 The achievers for the grading period are recognized and are given certificates of recognition.
