MY HEALTH CAREER PLAN

My Career Goal/s:
Self-Assessment:

 I have a plenty of skills, but i have few that i love doing, this is the
troubleshooting minor problems of computer and How to install
an Operating System in a computer, I learned this to my TLE
teacher since i was in grade 9.
 One of my interest or hobby is playing online Games, Basketball,
Chess.

Career Exploration:

 Giving the chance to explore, I preferred the community service

cause i think that the most needy and less fortunate person we
will find in remote areas or barangays.
Decision- Making:

 Continuous, my education , acquiring knowledge, and keeping

my values, attitudes to pursue of my career.
My Plan Of Action:

 Study hard, Reaching goal, practiced to be efficient and

effective, and stay healthy and fit the key on my health care
ambition.
