1- Satisfied or replaced: Should not the purchased product meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt, it may be replaced by a
higher model just paying the difference between the two promotional prices and a shipping fee. You must retain the original packing
case (that can be easily disassembled and folded).
2- Evolution guaranteed: If your hobby has grown up with you and you want to switch to
a higher category machine, you will be able to replace any previously-purchased model
just paying the difference between the original cost (VAT and shipping excluded) and the
best current promotional price within 24 months from delivery (previously-purchased
machine must be in a normal operation and maintenance state).

SUPER 3- Repurchase agreement: An exclusive formula by Damatomacchine protecting

GARANZIA
consumers’ rights. Our customers can join the repurchase agreement with a conventional
fee of 29.00 € per module (according to ‘x2’ formula, namely considering two functional
modules composing a machine as two separate units). If a customer can no longer keep
a machine-tool irrespective of its age and any reason, Damatomacchine undertakes
to repurchase it at a minimum price corresponding to 50% of its original cost (VAT and
DAMATOMA shipping excluded), provided that the machine is in good operational order. The price
CCH can be enhanced depending on the model, the condition and the age of the machine.
IN E Machine tools shall be collected at customers facility by appointment, even in cases of
urgency.

4- Satisfied and protected: During the purchase, our warranty can be extended up to
three years (contact your sales person for more
information and costs) – Not applicable to resellers and VAT registration number holders.

5- Storage: If a deposit has been paid for a machine which cannot be kept at customer’s
premises for various reasons (such as relocation, etc.), it may be stored at our warehouse
up to 12 months.

- Damatomacchine provides a 24-months’ warranty for all its machine tools. For professional use, the warranty period is limited to 12
months.

- The above-mentioned services shall be valid only for direct purchases from DM Italia s.r.l. (not from resellers).

- Services are valid exclusively for the purchase of new Damatomacchine machine tools for wood and metal working.
PAYMENT TERMS
When you decide to make a purchase, you can choose the most suitable
payment method. Damatomacchine offers 3 simple solutions:

1- Advance Payment: Advance payments can be made by Bank Transfer or

Money Transfer using PayPal.

2- Payment in Cash on Delivery: This method consists on making a small

advance payment of 159.00 € and paying the remainder directly to the
carrier, by handing over a non-transferable cashiers check to him or in
cash.

3- Deferred Payment:
1. Advance payment: 159.00 € (delivery within 3 months from the order) with
the possibility of locking all current price list and promotional prices for 24
months with a further contribution of just 159.00 € every 3 months.

2. Remainder: payment on delivery by non-transferable cashiers check

made payable to DM Italia S.r.l. or in cash (for amounts not exceeding
1,000.00 €).
