B. Job Purpose:

To lead the Operations Team to achieve the highest Safety and Reliability standards in LPG1 Operations. The incumbent shall be
responsible for effective implementation of Safety Policies and Procedures among the LPG-1 Maintenance Team. He shall ensure
that the corrective and preventive maintenance activities are completed safely and in a timely manner to ensure the reliable
operation of the LPG1 facilities. He shall support the Head of Operations in Materials Management, Procurement, Maintenance
Planning and Cost Optimization.

D. Key Responsibilities:
1. Effective implementation of Work with permit system (Utilization of JSA, Work Permit, Hot/Cold Permit and all applicable
certificates.)
2. Maintenance Planning.
3. Maintenance of Gas engines, Performance based maintenance & hands on Over hauling (Preferably Waukesha & CAT or
other Reciprocating type)
4. Maintenance & hands on Over haul of Diesel engines, Compressors, Pumps, Control values
5. Over all Trouble shooting and maintenance rotating equipment.
6. Trouble shooting of lubrication systems, Expander, Compressors and Pumps seals system.
7. Experience in lifting study, Inspection Programs, Fabrication and Assembly Knowledge, Workshop Experience.
8. Tool room setup and management.
9. People Management. Training and development of the Maintenance Staff.
10. Develop maintenance procedure and liaise with vendors and OEM’s to resolve technical issues.

g) Demonstrated ability to handle Process and Safety Emergencies.
h) Very good written and spoken English.

F. Basic Qualification: Degree/B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering discipline.

G. Work Experience: Requires minimum of 15 years Of Experience in LPG production
