1. Anchored on our banner Project SEEDLINGand in our steadfast pursuit of
promoting employees' welfare strongly adhering to its touchstones of
Transparency , Objectiveness, Fairness , Equal Opportunities& Ethics , this
office institutionalize the implementation of the NEW OPEN DOORS
(Nurturing Employees' Welfare by Optimizing Personnel Enhancement
Networks through the Division's Objective Open Ranking System) at the
district and schoollevel
2. The Screening Process will be conducted through the NEWOPENDOORS
mechanism on a specificdate from August 3- 7 , 2020 guided by the
guidelines and provisions of DepEd Order No. 66 , s. 2007 followingthe set-
up below :
A. Elementary - to be conducted by District Ranking Committee-
Districtwide CAR
B. Secondary to be conducted by School Ranking Committee
Schoolwide CAR
3. This is in preparation of coming up with the SY 2020-2021 Comparative
Assessment Results for Promotion (CAR-P) which would be bases for
promotion through Shifting of Items , thus , informingthe field of the
followingimportant guides
a Reorganization of Elementary & Secondary CAR-PCommittees to
employ NEW OPEN DOORS with the composition below;
