    Dear Principal,

    With due respect, I am father of following two students at your school:


    1. Saaim Mahamud Hasan, Class VIII – Jupiter Roll: 27 (international)
    2. Shahir Mahamud Hasan, Class VI – Neptune Roll: 43 (international)

    I want you to know that due to unavoidable circumstances (COVID 19), your school alone with
    vehicle transportation is off from March to still now and so far. In this situation, therefore I
    kindly request you to grant forgiveness of transportation fee/charge/payment.

    I hope you will consider granting forgiveness of vehicle transportation fee/charge/payment and
    your cooperation is highly being appreciated.
