1. Overview

Subject: AMA-73 Hydraulic Fracturing Treatment Proposal

Dear Sirs,

This report presents our technical proposal for the hydraulic fracture stimulation of AMA-73, targeting the Ordovician
formation Unit III-3. It includes the objectives for the treatment, well history and formation data, well completion data, and
pumping schedule fro Injection and Main fracturing treatment.

Several design scenarios of job size were explored in order to develop a final frac design that meets the objective, the
recommended job size is 20,000 lbs of proppant 7,450 of 20/40 ISP & 12,600 lb of 16/30 ISP). Fluid efficiency and Net
pressure used in the model are calibrated based on offset well AMA-76 and AMA-57 and AMA-75.

Schlumberger Private
The fluid selected for the treatment YF130, it is 30# gel loading non delayed crosslinked fluid and stable at the BHST
(77degC) of this well.

This proposal includes details of the well completion; formation model used for simulation, fluid/proppant properties, frac
design scenarios and the recommended Frac design for Fracturing intervention on AMA-73.

Sincerely yours,
Schlumberger Well Services Team

3.3 Reservoir General Information

The fracturing gradient in this area is expected to be in range 0.6 psi/ft based on offset wells data (AMA-66
and AMA-75). The basic formation mechanical properties of AMA-73 well are listed in the table below:

3.4 Well General logs

Schlumberger Techlog log analysis and zoning software was used to process the log Image. The Mechanical properties
were computed from sonic data and calibrated based on offset well data (AMA-66) and have been mainly used to
differentiate between shale and sandstones and zoned formation for design purpose.

4. Treatment Objective
The objective of the treatment is to create a conductive fracture in the uintI III-3 of AMA-73 in order to get it into production

5. Hydraulic Fracturing Proposal

1.1. Break Down
A break down test will be performed with linear gel in order to see the breakdown signature of the formation at the desired
rate .The breakdown pressure will be considered as the upper bound of the closure pressure.

proppant will be pumped during main fracturing treatment (20/40 ISP in the first stages and 16/30 ISP in last stages).

Important Notes:
- Similarly to AMA-72, The stress profile was calculated based on Sonic Data,
- The offset wells AMA-66 and AMA-57 we used to calibrate the stress and leak off model.
- DataFRAC and Thermolog are highly recommended
- Water contact not encountered however AMA-66 is producing as per the latest test performed on (01/08/2018)
post frac at 23 m3.
- 3 scenarios are proposed 20k, 25k and 34k lb with privileging 20k lb scenario to comply with frac body
concentration and confinement regarding the WOC (app -1641 m MD)
- HiWAY treatment is a option in order to provide an infinite fracture conductivity and minimizes the risk of
screen out.
