In Starbucks, the employees are treated like family and called partners.

Weaknesses
The coffee in Starbucks is considerably high priced as compared to other coffee.

Opportunities-
Starbucks has coffee operations in the US only it can extend its operations in countries like
India, China .
It can diversify its product range apart from coffees to improve overall revenues.

Threats-
Many other coffee baristas offer coffee products at a reasonable price and a lower rate
Fierce competition with the existing competitors like CCD BARISTAS etc in the market

Recommendations-
● Starbucks should improve its product line and introduce new products in its outlet to
increase product diversification.
● Introduce effective marketing strategies and campaigns and branding strategies.
● Can reduce prices of some of the extravagant products to attract more customers

Product-the product of Starbucks is of high quality and premium priced.

Price-Starbucks sells its coffee at a premium price or at least 25%higher than value brands.

Promotion-Starbucks promotes its business by using a large variety of social media like tv spots
and advertisements.starbucks does not invest much in its product promotion still it makes a
huge impact.
Place-
Starbuck's efforts to create a space where people can come, hang out and relax.starbucks tries
to create an atmosphere where people feel home and enjoy a sip of coffee with their loved
ones.
