    Meeting Minutes
    24th July 2020

    Opening
    The regular meeting of kanyenda youth empowerment cooperative was called to order at
    10:00 hours on 24 nd July 2020 in kanyenda by Mr Goodson Kolala

    Present

    4. Chubo Siakoche, secretary general

    5. Marvin Chisanga

    Approval of Agenda
    The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.

    Approval of Minutes
    The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
    Open Issues
    Cooperative formation

    Chubo explained on the meeting we had with Mrs Cynthia Masako he explained that they
    mey up with madam and she ecplained the requirements to fill in two forms for
    registration of the cooperative, each member to produce copies of their nrcs and
    formation of the by laws.

    Formulation of the by laws

    By laws were to be formulated by the officer from the social welfare indication the
    physical address and postal adress. Chubo expalined that according to Mrs Masako to be
    fully registered takes a month according to how the cooperative follows up the program

    Business Proposal

    Cooperative should run a business and it was agreed that a piggery will be established of
    which it was. Mrs Masako explained that the purpose of the cooperative were all in the
    by laws to be provided by the officer.

    Chubo explained that for registration a k1500 needed to be raised and a date was to be
    organised and an event were the whole group will be trained including all members.

    Chubo explained that from the previous meeting on 22nd October 2019 Mrs Masako
    emphasized that land for the cooperative should be acquired and a bank account should
    be opened after registering as a cooperative.
