The company is highly conscious of the fact that it is the quality of its products and
services that make it the pastry shop of choice. Hence, it is its constant endeavour to
maintain and surpass customer expectations consistently in all aspects of quality.

The Quality Control Policy of Sweet Symphonies revolves around three main assets:
our Customers, the Services we offer, and our Products.

At Sweet Symphonies, from raw materials to delivering products, there are standards
for each flow that could potentially affect the product quality. Whatever does not
conform to these standards does not continue to the next step and so we make sure
that only safe products are delivered to customers.

By preventing unsuitable quality, we promote customer satisfaction. "If it's Sweet

Symphonies' products, they are bound to be safe!" For customers to feel this way, strict
controls are maintained.
In order to achieve this, the staffs of the company always keep in mind the hazards that
exist and feel it is always important to improve and renew present controls, such as
problems with the premises or management, as corrective or preventative efforts.
Finally, it rests on everyone working at Sweet Symphonies to feel "We want our
customers to always enjoy safe and tasty products so they can be satisfied."

As the company is aiming for higher safety and quality, reducing additives, strict
traceability and disclosing allergenic substances is practiced. Drawing out the original
flavor of the ingredients and not relying on additives in order to provide safe and tasty
products is always considered.

When customers ask "What is tastiness?" our continual quest is for the best "ingredients
and production method" and "safety and trust" in our confectioneries. But the company
also have another big theme, "the environment."

As a business and a member of the society and for each of the employees as well, it
must deal with environmental protection, pollution, recycling, energy efficiency and other
