Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of Peace and goodwill! I am (Name of YAF Chapter President), a member of the Youth
Apostolate of Fatima, an organizational division of the World Apostolate of Fatima of the Philippines: an
official Fatima Apostolate of the Philippines that promotes the common good by spreading the message
of Our Lady at Fatima and the teachings of the Catholic Church to the youth in the Archdiocese of
Cagayan de Oro.

Upon entering the Yuletide season, we decided to conduct house to house caroling from a few
chosen people who we know would be generous enough to extend help for the youth in our community.
In line with this, we would like to inform you that your family is one of the chosen families where we will
conduct the said caroling. May we ask for your permission for us to be able to sing to you some
Christmas Carols.

We hope that you will grant us the permission for this request and we hope that you will
generously support our projects for the youth that is in line with activities on the Year of the Youth
