We are pleased to inform you that a Cash Credit (Hypo) limit of TK. 30.00 (Thirty) lac,
Continuation of LC limit of Tk. 200.00 Lac (Taka Two Hundred Lac), reduction of LTR limit
from Tk. 150.00 Lac (Taka One Hundred & Fifty Lac) to Tk. 75.00 Lac (Taka Seventy Five Lac),
only have been sanctioned/renewed by our head office sanction letter no
UBL/HO/CD/Approval Dept/15/8909, Date: 25.10.2015 in favor of your firm ‘M/S. Faisal
International, Prop: Mr. Md. Ripon Bapary’ for the period of one year up to 28.02.2016 on the
existing terms and conditions as stipulated in Head Office sanction letter No.
UBL/HO/CD/Approval Dept/15/8909, Date: 25.10.2015 on the basis of your application dated
15.09.2015.

a. Cash Credit (Hypo) Limit:

i. Limit: Cash Credit (Hypo) limit TK. 30.00 (Thirty) lac only.

ii. Security:

A. Primary Security:

Hypothecation of stock of Import & Supply of reconditioned automobiles i.e. cars, Jeep,
Microbus, Pickup etc stored or to be stored at party’s shop/godown.

B. Collateral Security:

2.70 decimal residential land with 6(Six) storied building (Total 7700 sft) thereon at Mouza-
Bishil, Mirpur Housing Estate, Dag No. / Plot No. 28, Road No-2, Block-D, Section-1, under PS-
Mirpur, Dist- Dhaka owned by Mr. Md. Ripon Bakery, (Proprietor), having MV of Tk. 248.95
Lac & FSV of Tk. 174.28 lac respectively.

iii. Margin: 50% (Fifty percent)

iv. Rate of interest: 15.00 % P.A with quarterly rest subject to future change (if any) at

discretion of the bank.

v. Retirement: Drawing allowed in the a/c should be retired within every 60 days from
the
date of grant of relative advances and the a/c should be adjusted in full
within the currency of the limits.

vi. Validity Period: Up-to 28.02.2016.

b. Letter of Credit (LC) Limit:

i. Limit: Letter of Credit (LC) Limit TK. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) lac only.

ii. Rate of interest: 15.00 % P.A (on Pad) with quarterly rest subject to future change (if
any) at the discretion of the bank.

iii. Repayment Period/Validity/Tenor: 28.02.2016.

iv. Retirement: Documents will be retired by availing LTR limit or by cash payment on
first
presentation of import document from own sources of the borrower.

v. Availability Period: 03 (Three) months from the date of Head Office sanction advice.

vi. Commission: @ 0.40+ VAT per quarter & subsequent quarter but minimum
Tk.1200+
VAT.

vii. Margin: 15% (Fifteen percent)

viii. Repayment Arrangement: Documents will be retired by availing LTR limit or by


cash
payment on first presentation of import document from own
sources of the borrower.

ix. Expiry Date: 20.02.2016

x. Others: (i) Duty, Vat, Taxes and all other clearing charges to be paid by the borrower.
(ii) All other terms & conditions of tha Bank, Import Policy Order & Bangladesh
Bank guideline must be followed.

15% cash margin on LC value.

B. Collateral Security:

2.70 decimal residential land with 6 (Six) storied building (Total 7700 sft) thereon at Mouza-
Bishil, Mirpur Housing Estate, Dag No. / Plot No. 28, Road No-2, Block-D, Section-1, under PS-
Mirpur, Dist- Dhaka owned by Mr. Md. Ripon Bakery, (Proprietor), having MV of Tk. 248.95
Lac & FSV of Tk. 174.28 lac respectively.

c. Loan Again Trust Receipt (LTR) Limit:

i. Limit: Loan Again Trust Receipt (LTR) Limit TK. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five) lac
Only.

ii. Rate of interest: 15.00 % P.A (on Pad) with quarterly rest subject to future change (if
any) at the discretion of the bank.

iii. Repayment Period/Validity/Tenor: 28.02.2016.

iv. Retirement: Each LTR under the limit must be adjusted within maximum 90 days
from
the date of creation.

v. Availability Period: 01 (One) year but each LTR be adjusted within maximum 90
days
from the date of creation.

vi. Margin: 20% (Twenty percent)

vii. Repayment Arrangement: Each LTR must be adjusted gradually within maximum 90
days from the date of creation from sale proceed of goods
imported under L/C or from own sources of the party.

viii. Expiry Date: 28.02.2016

ix. Others: All other terms & conditions of the Bank must be followed & LTR limit must
not
be exceeded at any time during validity.

Additional Conditions:

(i) Bank’s Name Boards should be displayed in the conspicuous places of the
shop/godown where the hypothecated stocks are stored/ displayed.
(ii) The constitution /ownership of the firm should not be changed/ amended without
obtaining prior approval from the bank at least so long they avail of the facility.
(iii) The bank reserves the right to recall the entire advance or part thereof at any time
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
(iv) Borrower/Guarantor have to inform the branch as early as possible after the change
of work place/address at least so long the facility is availed.

conditions.
