Here I have analyzed 23 videos including videos of our respected chairman sir, videos
from Shibli’s Teaching& Employability 360o

1. For successful entrepreneurs, they have to decide themselves, where they will
attend or will not attend, but for becoming successful, they have to increase their
network at first & have to sacrifice a lot to increase network, they have to utilize
all the sources.

2. For better career at first any candidates have to prepare themselves before
interview, proper value should be added to the CV. They have to create value;
they should present themselves in such way, so that for any job they can be
eligible. Graduation/post graduation completed in any subject does not matter at
all for any kind of job; Perfect value should be added in CV so that they can be
eligible for any types of job.

3. There are four ways of inspiring people, a. managing, b. mentoring, c.
counseling, & d. coaching. But managing is not the perfect way for inspiring
people. Mentoring is telling about the solutions, so it is better than managing.
Then counseling is asking about the problems, so problems can be known, so
that it is more effective than monitoring. Finally coaching is the best way because
it is asking for the solution & it is about guiding people to solve problems on their
own critical analysis.

4. At first anyone should have Positive & determine attitude, should have technical
skill, managerial skill & interpersonal skill. Then one should have to organize
sales story, have to communicate with the employers of the target company,
have to convince them. None should limit to advertising circulars. One should be
self developed. If one has all of the above qualities, he will get better job.

5. Corporate grooming is about ensuring that an employee’s grooming, including
dressing, personal hygiene and personality reflect a positive and professional
image about himself, and thereby ensures that he is able to represent
his business in a professional manner.

6. There are few corporate grooming & manners, a) first impression (great people
with smile, energetic, cordial, listening attentively, being positive ) , b) body
language ( remain cool at sitting/ standing position, gentle facial expression &
eye contact, firm handshaking) , c) dress up (for man solid light color shirts with
no stripes or checks and with full sleeves, contrast tie, same color shoe & belt,
for women preferably suits, if not possible moderate light color dress with proper
combing of hair without extra jewels & excess makeup, d) personal hygiene, e)
table manners ( silently eating with manners ). If anyone follows properly, can be
successful in corporate job sector.

7. By an MBA degree anyone can learn about credibility, transferable skills,

strategic thinking, better communication, networking with colleagues, more job
opportunities, differentiation, increased creativity. Not only BBA students but also
students with other background students should go for MBA degree for better job

8. SWOT analysis is a study undertaken by an organization to identify its internal

strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats.
Identifying own weakness before someone take advantage of it, doing own peer
analysis, identifying own opportunities, these are known as personal SWOT
analysis. Personal SWOT analysis can lead anyone to the successful career.

9. Anyone doesn’t have to ask for a job, if he can show his capabilities, skills.
CGPA does not matter at all for getting a better job, learning experiences &
matters lead anyone to get better job, one should show how he can improvise the
company’s/office’s existing work. So for better job one should be good worker,
not a job seeker.

10. One should focus only in one single important goal, should not break the focus.
For being focused one should develop strategic plan, if a goal is set, then 50%
 job is done. But above all one should be enough confident to reach the goal by

11. Anyone should talk first appearance with smile and greetings. Every religion has
own greetings pattern. So one should start a day with good motion which is
carrying the values. If anyone greets first, whatever position he/she does not
matter, everyone should follow him/her, greetings makes one humble & positive.

12. Today’s students are not the same as the students of 30 years ago. Their
learning technique is different. The world is changing a lot day by day. It has
become modern & digital. Modern students learning by doing work themselves,
not by traditional instructions. Some tricks for teaching modern students: a. make
it personal, b. learn to engage during educational technologies, c. give & receive
feedback from students, d. let your students teach to develop their analytical
skills by allowing them to speak, e. use less power-point presentations, e. make
class the interactive. If students are taught in this way, they will be employable
forever.

18. Successful people think differently. Everyone should think outside the box in real
life, everyone should not fear to think from different angle, if from different
perspective anyone can think, the scenario may have different meaning, the life

19. Employers want that their employee have the problem solving skill. If there is
any problem, think from outside the problem, sometimes critical problems may
have easy solution. If the problem is defined correctly, the solution can be found

20. For fluently speaking in English at first anyone has to forget all grammatical rules
& regulations. One has to submerge or surround himself with English, have to
remove the translator, one has to remove thinking with native language,
everything should be thought in English, it will improve speaking English, and by
listening wrong English someone may criticize, but should not be ashamed of
that criticism, one should take the criticism positively & should not stop speaking
English.

21. For being successful entrepreneurs, one should be determined to his job, he/she
should not be afraid of on the ground of any problem. One should understand
people, because every human being has different perceptions. One should have
credibility. After starting business one should not think about profit at first, at first
should enlarge the business. One should have patience. Learning is the key to
success, so position does not matter from anyone at any age anything can be
learnt positively. All successful businessmen/ entrepreneurs implement these

22. Fresh graduates submit resume. Resume should be as short as possible. for
Experienced person like manager, students applying for PhD program in abroad
use CV, because CV contains detailed information, CV should be at least two-
three pages where resume contains one page preferably. Career objectives
should be written in both CV & resume, should not be same for all candidates,
instead of job description one should write achievements in CV. Reference &
value should be added. In the CV. Purpose of CV or resume is not for getting job
but for generating interviews.

23. For getting job one should have employability skills. One should have the power
of communicating with co-workers, solving problems, understanding the role,
making proactive decisions, taking charge of own career, confidence & self
esteem, commercial awareness, team work, negotiation & persuasion, leadership
skills, organization of work, motivation & perseverance, adaptability & flexibility,
language skills for getting good jobs.
