Q. 1A DRAFT A LEGAL NOTICE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING
PROBLEM;

Problem:
Mr. Viswa Komma, S/o Jai Viswa K, Age: 45 years, Occupation:
Business, R/o F; 123. Pragathi Apartments , Green Lands , Nizampet,
Hyderabad , Telangana State borrowed a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/-
( Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) from one of his business client
Mr.K.Raghu Yadav , S/o Nagaraj Yadav, Age : 55 years, Occupation
: Business , R/o H.No. 3, Road No: 38, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad,
Telangana State on 25th June, 2019 as loan for his whole-sale cloth
business purpose.
As a consideration for the loan, Mr. Viswa Komma has executed a
Promissory Note at the residence of the lender on the same day in the
presence of their common friends Mr. Rajinder & Mr Narender
agreeing to repay the loan amount with interest @ 24% p.a.
After paying interest for Six months from the date of borrowing, Mr.
Viswa Komma has committed default in payment of either interest or
the principal amount till date. Despite of several demands for the
repayment of the loan amount with interest, Viswa was successful in
avoiding both the payment of interest and the repayment of the
principal amount on one pretext or the other till date.

K.Raghu Yadav decided to issue a legal notice through Advocate for

the repayment of the loan amount and approached you and instructed
to issue a legal notice on his behalf. Draft the Legal ( to be sent by
Registered Notice) with a Date on 31st July, 2020 calling upon the
borrower to repay the loan amount with interest accrued till the date
of Notice.

Ms. Divya Raghav , D/o Prasad Raghav , Aged 22 years , C.A. Final
year , R/o F-1 , Green fields Buildings, Vijaya Nagar , Bangaluru,
Karnataka , while travelling from Bangaluru to Hyderabd , Telangana
on 25th January , 2020 by Train No. 1516 lost her baggage and
Academic Certificates. She lodged a complaint with Railway Police ,
Hyderabad immediately after the train reaching Nampally Station ,
Hyderabad on 26th January, 2020 at 8.00 AM.
Ms. Divya Raghav required to submit an Affidavit before Higher
