Development Phase Philosophy:
At Future Lions International we specialise in professional player development for young players from - Understand attacking/defending/transition principles
Under 16 to Under 23 categories, and we work with players from all over the world in our centres in - Develop both technical & tactical aspects of the
UK, Spain (Marbella), China (Shantou) and America. ---game whilst learning social & psychological aspects

Professional Development Phase:
Using our own technology and applications we are able to give full biometric and physiological reports
on players’ well being and take care of players diets and nutrition. Our professional fitness experts also - Develop winning & professional mentality
use heart rate monitoring to ensure players are hitting the “sweet spot” in matches and training, and - Understand various systems/styles of

Future Lions is a truly International Academy with wholly owned branches in UK, Spain, China
and very soon we will be open in the USA.
In the UK, Future Lions have facilites in London, Stratford upon Avon, Kettering and the
National Sports Centre in Lileshall. We can host teams and large groups and offer a unique sports/
travel packages, or players can join our courses running from our various centres all year round.
In the UK we have full time scholars and these courses can be joined all year round. The UK
academy is also linked to a Semi Professional team, giving excellent opportunities to succeed.
In Spain, the academy is based just outside Marbella in the Southern resort of Costa del Sol.
With over 300 days of sunshine, and many professional clubs in the region, this is the perfect
location to play football. The facilities are simply stunning and include use of the pool and spa.
In China, the academy is located in Shantou in the Guandong province. Here we use the olympic
facilities and sports village for our activities, and we even have our own 26,000 capacity stadium.
Similar to the UK, we will have full time year round academy programmes running in China with a
Semi Professional Team associated with the academy giving players maximum opportunities.
The USA academy is just being finalised and will be launched in time for January 2018. Make sure

There are opportunities outside of football too, with the longer courses enabling players to study a
Diploma in Sport Science and the possibility to become qualified Personal Trainers. Future Lions also
operate a number of English Classes, Spanish Classes and Mandarin Classes throughout our academy

THE FUTURE LIONS WEB APP IS THE GAME CHANGER!
At Future Lions, we have built an amazing web app to help you and your coaches track your progress
and monitor your development throughout the academy process.
The app allows coaches to post their session plans, communicate meeting time and match information,
specify player specific instructions and set goals and objectives. It also allows players to see how they are
doing, and post feedback and share info with their friends and parents. It even features a chat tool with
voice recording function to share info with your team mates.
Because we use the latest technology for Biomechanical data, GPS tracking and Heart rate monitoring using
wearable devices, all of your match stats and information will be saved to your profile which enables us
to share your progress with the growing number of professional clubs using the application to manage
their academies, and send your progress to the scouts that use the app to monitor player progress.
Want to know how fast you are compared to Ronaldo? Or how much distance you have covered in 90 Mins?
The Future Lions APP is loaded full of stats and info on every player in the academy, our scholars, U21
and Senior teams, meaning if we have a standout performer in the academy we will know IMMEDIATELY!
All matches will be recorded and professional photos taken at most matches, which means we can help you
build up a fantastic visual portfolio to share with friends, families and more importantly with a vast range of
clubs that work with Future Lions. This is a premier league quality application that NOBODY else has!
