THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

This chapter presents the Background and Purpose of the Study,

Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Conceptual Framework, Statement of the

Problem, Hypothesis, Scope and Limitation, Significance of the Study, Definition

of Terms.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

Leader is the person who leads and guides his/her member, it is

not about you control your members and taking advantage of them. A true

leader knows how to handle his/her team in any possible situations and can

manage time in a hectic schedule.

Leadership training is having a position as a leader of a group or

organization, the time when a person holds the position of leader. It can help

you in the future, on how to handle different situations and manage time.

Academic Performance of the students is based on their behaviour and

attitude inside the classroom. This includes performance in their different

subjects, teachers and classmates.

In today’s era, students join in different leadership training just to have

additional point on their subject that serves as extra curricular. Some students join,

because they want to experience to become a leader, otherwise, students join
