certification, implementation is gradually carried out.

Managing ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 certification, making it the integrated management system

Coordination with the consultant Aladdin on his quarterly visits for reviewing the system

System related activities:

Preparation of System and departmental procedures including the work instructions, posters, and
making them controlled and ensuring they are implemented.

Internal audit on ISO systems

Training & awareness session either externally or internally, personally giving the trainings.

Company and departmental objectives preparation, review, and evaluation.

Management review once a year to discuss the things; company ISO policy, and other progresses and
updates.

Site related activities:

Training and awareness on food safety systems including food safety hazards, operations, etc.

Review of Customer feedback, material inspection and testing analysis, emergency response
effectiveness, internal audit, equipment calibration.

Visits of the eastern and western region is also part of activities.
