    I miss Pragya Singh daughter of Shri Brajendra Singh age 23 year residing at B 10 pragatti vihar
    Bilaspur do hearby state on oath as under

    1. That due to covid-19 out break, I cannot submit true copy of my academic grade sheet for semester
    5 to 8.Though I am submitting true scanned copy of 1 to 4 semester grade sheet, rest grade sheet 5 to 8
    semester are the down loded copies from official website of geetam University" gitam.edu.in". Final
    degree document is also uploded in the application portal of CCMT 2020

    2. I that I hereby state that I will submit true copies of all my academic documents which are not yet
    submitted in due course.

    3. I hereby undertake that in future if any discrepancy found in my documents I will be solely
    responsible for that default.
