To whom it may concern;

This is to share a news which is not very exciting and which compels us to say a
goodbye to our customers who have been enjoying the services of EdMar OTB in
Cabuyao.
We would like to inform you that EdMar OTB will be closing starting this month, August
2020. Unfortunately, EdMar OTB will not be placing bets anymore with MJC because of
the pandemic crisis that we are through now.
Over the next thirty days we will be going over all our accounting records and paying off
all our outstanding invoices.
If we have an outstanding balance with MJC, we will contact you immediately to confirm
the amount that we owe and arrange a payment schedule and for claiming of our cash
bond.
We would like to thank you for your past business and it was truly a pleasure working
with you and your team at MJC. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions
or concerns or if there is anything at all that we can do to help you through this difficult
transition.
