Manual Pre-Implementation Steps

IMPORTANT: You have to complete these activities before you apply the automatic correction instruction in
your system.

Note 1765030 must be implemented beforehand. The screens SAPLJ_1BNFE_CUST02 0004 and 0005 in
the manual implementation steps of note 1765030 and of this note (1786761) do not need to be
implemented when the implemented screens contain the Type Environment column/field and look as follows:

The manual steps detailed below must be implemented when the column/field is missing!

1. Transaction SE51
Program: SAPLJ_1BNFE_CUST02
Screen: 0004
Select ‘Layout Editor’
Choose button ‘Change’
2. The field J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB must be inserted between the ‘Valid from’ column and the
‘SAPMessSys’ column.
Enter Name ‘J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB’
Select ‘Input/output Field’
Place the field in the ‘SAPMessSys’ column.

3. Choose button ‘Yes’ to confirm the proposed Data Dictionary field

4. Increase the width of the new column
5. Create the heading for the new column
Enter Name ‘*J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB’ and text ‘Type of Environment’
Select ‘Text Field’
Place the field in the ‘SAPMessSys’ column.
6. Choose button ‘Yes’ to confirm the proposed Data Dictionary field
7. Save and select ‘Attributes’ at the top of the screen
8. The ‘General attr’. tab should look as follows:

9. The ‘Texts/ I/O templates’. tab should look as follows:

10. Input must be set to ‘Possible’ for TPAMB on the ‘Special attr.’ tab.
11. Save and activate the changes

2. In order to insert field , room must be made
a. Enlarge the frame with one line
b. Move the entire content of the frame one line downwards

3. The field J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB must be inserted before the ‘SAP Mess.Systm’ flag.
a. Enter Name ‘J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB’
Select ‘Input/output Field’
Place the field in the ‘SAPMessSys’ column.
b. Create the heading for the new column
Enter Name ‘J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-TPAMB’ and text ‘Type of Environment’
Select ‘Text Field’
Place the field in the ‘SAPMessSys’ column,draw to correct size.
