1. MECHANICAL CHECKS AND VISUAL INSPECTION:
Document equipment nameplate data on test report & verify that equipment nameplate ratings are i n accordance with the final approved or record drawings and specifications Inspect the physical, electrical, and mechanical condition of structure and all electrical OK 1 Components 2 Verify appropriate anchorage, required area clearances, physical damage, and correct OK alignment and cleanliness 3 Inspect all doors, panels, and sections for paint, dents, scratches, fit, and missing hardware OK Verify that bus bar, circuit breakers, relays, fuse and/or the disconnect switch and sizes and 4 OK types correspond to drawings 5 Use the calibrated torque wrench method to verify that the tightness of accessible bolted OK connections and/or cable connections are accordance with the manufacturer's published data 6 Confirm correct operation and sequencing of electrical and mechanical interlock systems OK

9 Test the operation, alignment, and penetration of instrument transformer withdrawal
