Load Impedance: 50 Ohm Harmonics: At full rated output, all harmonics are 50 dB below the RF output signal when operated into a 50 Ohm, nonreactive load impedance. All spurious (nonharmonic) outputs are 60 dB below the RF output signal. RF Power Regulation: 1.0% of set point or 0.1% of full rated power, whichever is greater RF Power Stability: 1.0% of set point or 0.2% of full rated power, whichever is greater Power: 1200 Watt RF output: N-Type, female connector Host Port The generator should have three host port communication interface options: • An RS-232, 9-pin, female, shielded, subminiature- D connector • A PROFIBUS 9-pin, female, subminiature-D connector • An Ethernet Modbus/TCP connection Supply: Single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz. Line current: 4.6 A nominal line, full power Input power: 1050 VA Power factor: 97% to 99% Overcurrent protection: 10 A Efficiency (line to load): 65%, typical at full-rated power, nominal line, into a 50 ohm load Cooling: Air Minimum air flow: 118 m3/h Operating: 5°C to +35°C, 10% to 85% relative humidity Storage: -25°C to +55°C, 5% to 95%, Dimension: 48.3 cm (W) x 50 cm (D) x 8.8 cm (H) (Approx.) Weight: less than 20 Kg Matching Network: Auto-matching network to be supplied for auto-tuning. Matching Interface should allow full communication between the generator and matching network. The matching interface should be 15-pin, subminiature-D, female connector. When this network is connected to the matching interface of the generator and set to manual tune, one should be able to adjust the tune and load positions using Matching controls on the front panel of the generator. Front panel should have a LCD Display: The generator should be operable with the help of LCD front panel. It should be able to be programmed and pre-set to particular values for operation. The liquid crystal display (LCD) should allow to read all operating conditions and power values. Front panel should have Mains ON and OFF switch. Front panel should have soft keys, located on the right side of the LCD, allow you to make changes in the program menu and set presets. In the front panel, there should be a rotary dial knob to control RF power in forward power and load power regulation mode or DC bias in the external regulation mode. This rotary knob would also be used to select various values of the program menu. Control mode: Forward power, DC bias, delivered power. Reflected Power: Front display must show reflected power at all the time.
NOTE: RF compatible cable with connectors on both sides of 2 mtr length to be supplied with the device.
