Substance Abuse Program includes a Substance Abuse Evaluation and
four levels of treatment: Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Enhanced
Intensive Outpatient and Day Treatment. This program uses nationally

Valley Behavioral Health- offers substance use services including those


focused on co-occurring disorders. Outpatient services offered include
assessments, family, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention,
abuse and trauma treatment and medication management. (Payment can
be made through Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and self-pay
plans. Sliding scale fees are also available for those that meet specific
income and asset criteria.)

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-


"SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day,
365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for
individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use
disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities,
support groups, and community-based organizations. Callers can also
order free publications and other information." (Free)

Utah Department of Human Services - Mental Health and Substance


Abuse Services and Programming which are available in every Utah
county. (Most counties offer services to Medicaid, underinsured or non-
