Appellant No.2 in the above mentioned Appeal and
am therefore competent to file this Affidavit in this
case in support of the present Application for
Exemption from filing original document marked and
annexed to the appeal as Annexure-P/10.

2. I say that I am fully aware of the facts and

circumstances of the present case and am, therefore,
also competent to swear the present Affidavit.

3. I say that contents of the Application and state that

the same are true and correct to my knowledge.
