Task 2 see example email back to Client A

Imagine your customer has emailed back wanting the best flight. Now complete the booking by
writing up an itinerary in a return email complete with the total amount the customer needs to pay.
The details included in your itinerary should be the same as above and include: Flight details will
consist of: what time he needs to be at the airport, what weight is his carry-on and check-in luggage
need to be, from and to destination, airline name, time of departure and time of arrival and cost of
flights. Accommodation will consist of Hotel name, and location, room type and cost per night. Car
Rental will consist of where to pick up the car, rental company name, price per day, what time to
pick up what time to drop off and type of car, give him information about the insurance involved.
