WAIVER AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Bamban, Tarlac, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
WAIVER;

– and –

___________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to

____________________, with residence and postal address at
Barrio of Banaba, Bamban, Tarlac, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the WAIVEE;

W I T N E S S E T H: THAT—

WHEREAS, the WAIVER is the awardee and late occupant/possessor of

a certain parcel of land located at ___________________________________,

covered and described by Transfer of Certificate of Title (TCT) No. _________,
issued buy Registry of Deed of __________, and more particularly described as
follows;

WHEREAS, for personal reasons, the WAIVER desires to WAIVE,

TRANSFER, CEDE and CONVEY the said parcel of land unto the WAIVEE
and the latter has agreed to accept the same, which property if more particularly
described as follows:

WHEREFORE, the WAIVER hereby WAIVES, TRANSFERS, CEDES

AND CONVEYS, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, all his rights over the
above described parcel of land, unto the WAIVEE, his heirs and successors in
interest, free from any liens or encumbrances whatsoever.

The WAIVER hereby manifest that this Waiver and Transfer of Rights is
binding upon his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and further
guarantees the peaceful possession and occupation of said property by the
WAIVEE from the claims of third persons.
