How to testing disable CDM

STEP 1: Use Old file Dll, CDM init when note jam
1. Test withdrawal, while CDM dispense notes, simulate NOTE JAM
2. ATM return card, check CDM init or not
3. Insert card and cancel transaction => Check CDM init or not

1. Update new patch
2. Test withdrawal, while CDM dispense notes, simulate NOTE JAM
3. ATM return card, check CDM init or not
4. Insert card and cancel transaction => Check CDM init or not
