The Company and Management

Apex Tannery Limited was built up by Mr. A. K. M Rahmatullah on July 26,
1976 as a private restricted organization. Syed Manzur Elahi the
administrator of Apex group is likewise the director of Apex Tannery Limited.
Accordingly, the organization was changed over to an open restricted
organization in 1986. The organization's shares are recorded with DSE and
CSE. It is a 100% fare arranged organization. Its production lines are situated
at Hazaribagh and Shafipur. Yearly creation of Apex Tannery Ltd. surpasses
