With reference to the subject as cited above it is again reminded you that, you have to carry out electrical utility
shifting through "A" class Electrical Contractor registered with electrical safety Department, Govt. of Madhya
Pradesh as.per terms and condition of the agreement from page no. - 87 to 8g,
ln this regard we had instructed your project Manager of Package-19 to appoint/Engage "A" class Electrical
Contractor registered with electrical safety Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh for joint Survey as per terms and
condition of agreement and have reminded several times for appointment of Electrical contractor, but no positive
response or any intimation regarding appointment of Electrical contractor has been received so far in our office from
your side,

Further, it is intimated you that delay in preparing Electrical Utility shifting estimates of your road and delay in
shifting of electrical poles will be attributed solely to your side and it will not make any ground for claim of EOT.
This is for your information and necessary action.
