Dear Mr. Daniel,

COMPLAINT REGARDING LATE SHIPMENT, MISSING AND DAMAGED BOOKS

I am writing to express my disappointment over the issues that arose from my last order
to the company on the 28th of June 2020.

On the 28th of June, I have ordered 25 copies of the book titled 'Improve Your
Communication Skills' from your company. In the letter, I have placed a great emphasis
for the books to be delivered at least 5 days before 21st July 2020 as that is the date of
the workshop where the books were going to be distributed to the participants. To my
disappointment, I received the book on the 20th of July instead, despite having made
full payment in advance.

Besides that, I was further disappointed when I only received 15 books out of 25 that I
have ordered alongside the books arriving in such bad shape. Due to these issues, I
have faced many complications and was forced to distribute photocopied copies of the
books to the participants.
In addition to that, in my effort to resolve these issues, I have repeatedly contacted you
and your staff through the telephone but have met with a dead-end with you being out of
reach and the staff having no knowledge of my order.

As the training officer responsible for the arrangement of the workshop, these setbacks
have damaged my image and reputation severely. Due to that, I politely request the
company to provide an explanation over the complications of my last order and
reimburse me for the missing items, bad condition of the books, and my damaged
reputation.

Throughout the years, our companies have established a good rapport due to your high-
quality products and fast delivery service thus enabling us to stay as loyal customers to
the company. This issue has troubled me greatly, therefore I hope to hear from you
soon to resolve this issue to ensure that my next order will not face the same issues
again and continue our good partnership.
