PROJECT:

Fixture Designing For Spline cutting.

Under guidance of Mr.Vignesh (scientist B)
Central Manufacturing and Technology Institute - Bangalore

It is desirable to have an orientation between the outer elliptical body

with the splines which is to be machines inside. To achieve an orientation
between the elliptical outer body with the spines a V-grove concept is used. The
elliptical body is held by the jaws which has v-groves in it. The splines are
planned to be cut in a wire cutting machines, thus the fixture bottom plate that is
to be designed should have the clamping feasibility of the machine that it is to
be loaded.

STRENGTH:

 Ability to work in Group or alone.

 Able to work wherever i would be placed to.

 Represented Karnataka and secured 2nd place in South Indian Netball

tournament organised by Kerala.-2018
