complete; additional documents are required for a full application. The list of these additional documents

The IPRAF Foundations Peace Research Grant program is unique. If your grant proposal is rejected but is
within the guidelines of our mission and vision, we will encourage you to revise and resubmit it, based on the
feedback of our reviewers.
Please handle all your communications with IPRAF staff respectfully and politely. Two of the core values of
the IPRA Foundation are:
-Positive Peace: We value peace and justice by nonviolent means.
-Respect: We value respecting dignity, humanity, identity, and diversity.
Please be assured in working with us, that we will use these core values in our work. Because our work
depends on volunteer reviewers, we will notify you as soon as we can. We will usually be able to give you a
timeline of when decisions will be made and will notify you in a timely manner thereafter. We keep a record of
all communications with applicants.

Reviewers may make suggestions for substantive changes during the review process. These changes must be
made to your proposal and resubmitted to the PRG committee prior to funding.

The IPRA Foundation understands that issues arise during research projects that are unforeseen. Successful
applicants may only modify proposals after being awarded a grant with the written permission of the Peace
Research Grant Committee. We promise grantees that the committee will quickly respond to your request for
necessary changes.

Modification of a proposal after acceptance and without written permission will void that award and any
money already received must be refunded to the IPRA Foundation. However, the entire proposal may be
rewritten and submitted as a new proposal for the next cycle.

All funding decisions are final. We do not accept complaints or arguments about the decisions of the IPRA
Foundation and we will not respond to them. We will not accept future applications from unsuccessful
applicants who question the reviewers' decisions.
